The instructions are to: 1) Repeat an M/N/1 queue model with exponential and normal inter-arrival and service times, 2) Rename the server to "Clerk", 3) Extend the model to M/N/3 queues, 4) Change the service time distribution to a triangular distribution, 5) Rename the "Customer" entity to "Truck", 6) Run the model for 8 hours, 7) Note any error messages due to a build up of over 150 entities, and 8) Report the clerk utilization is one since the servers are fully utilized.

    NORM(1.85,0.35)).

    _____ Rename the server to Clerk. (-1 if forget to remove server)
