    ACCUSED, through the undersigned counsel, respectfully submits
    before the Honorable Court this Pre-Trial Brief:
    SUMMARY OF ADMITTED FACTS AND PROPOSED
    STIPULATION OF FACTS
    The accused admits the following:

    1. The identity of the person charged in the Information and the


    accused is one and the same person;
    2. The identity of Ramon Castillo as the complainant;
    3. The date, place, and the time that the said incident happened which
    was on January 30, 2015 at around 10:00 in the morning at Quezon
    City Hall.
    EVIDENCE FOR MARKINGS

    1. The Affidavit of the Accused, Mariano Bernaldes.


    Purpose: To prove that he did not commit the crime charged;
    2. The Affidavit of the witness Minda Mendoza .
    Purpose: To prove what really transpired or happened between the
    accused and the victim during the alleged incident.

    ISSUES
    1. Whether or not the accused was guilty of the crime charged;
    2. Whether or not he was guilty thereof.
    WITNESSES
    1.
    Accused Mariano Bernaldes to testify on the matters and
    circumastances regarding

    TRIAL DATES
    Specifically all Fridays of the month, with the regular appearance of
