    UNOPPOSED MOTION TO STAY PROCEEDING

    Plaintiff D.H., by and through undersigned counsel, hereby respectfully moves to stay the
    above-captioned action in its entirety for three months, until January 2, 2015.
    On September 24, 2014, Plaintiffs counsel requested, and Defendants counsel
    consented to, the relief requested herein. This relief would not prejudice either party. Before
    January 2, 2015, counsel for Plaintiff intends to discuss suggested amendments to the Case
    Management Order, Dkt. 20, to account for this three month stay.
