    For the first time, we celebrated the feast of the town patron, Saint Peter, or what the Apalit

    people call him


    as Apung Iru, with our daughter Celine. Together with m hubb and Celine!s nann "Atching #aria$,
    we %ourneed to Apalit on &une '(, ')*), a da before the three+da feast of Apalit which starts on &une ',
    and ends on &une -). The first da of the feast was much awaited since this is da for the .ibad /ang0a,
    where Apung Iru is %ourneed along the Pampanga 1i2er, in a mini+pagoda in colorful flu2ial procession
    escorted b a fleet of brightl decorated boats.
    Apalit town fiesta ga2e us the opportunit to e3pose Celine to different people. In the apartment we rent,
    she feels being caged with her Lola and her nann. I am afraid that with that condition, she will become a
    loner, sh girl. 4pon meeting her #add!s cousins, I was e3pecting she has that stranger an3iet. It reall
    surprised me that she!s not cring anmore whene2er the cuddle her. At (

    month, Celine was a crowd
    pleaser, a darling of the crowd. Aside from her chubb cute figure, she catches attention b smiling at
    them, cooing at the people she meets and showing her newest milestone, close+open. She!s the star bab
    for the -+da fiesta, mabe being the first girl grandchild is one of the factors aside from being a charming
    sweet little darling she is.
    5er Tita Abbie "wife of her #add!s cousin, #onhill$ who is pregnant is 2er much e3cited to see her in
    person. As e3pected, she 0issed her, held her for how man hours "I was ama6ed that Abbie endured long
    hours holding a weight bab$, plaed with her, and watched her closel while she sleeps.. hoping that her
    little darling she now carries will become as health, smart and beautiful as Celine.
    .oo0ing at her face, it!s so ob2ious that Celine!s reall en%oed the e2ent. At the end of the da, Celine was
    so tired and 0noc0+off to bed soundl.
