    RESEARCH JOURNAL OBJECTIVES

    To advance institutional strategic purposes , vision and mission; To satisfy requirements of statutory bodies such as the NBA, ISO etc. To coordinate institutional research initiatives and share relevant data with management, divisions and offices including external agencies as necessary and appropriate.

    Create an academic atmosphere among VJCET students, faculty, and staff by providing ample opportunities for research activities;

    To promote research in newly emerging areas of science and engineering including all multidisciplinary fields. Provide shared platform for research & development in the field of engineering & sciences. To selectively promote the research & development capability in relevant areas of science and engineering taking into account capability of the researcher/host institution.

    To encourage scholars and students to take up challenging R&D activities. Provide optimal Research Support to Colleges and Universities of Engineering & Sciences through experienced, well trained teams of Research Support staff.

    Conduct at least one conference /seminar/ workshop of international repute within the academic year;

    Align research initiatives with the institutional research initiatives
