1.What is the time period mentioned at the beginning of Revelation 11? Revelation 11:1-3, And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein. But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot _____ and ____ _______. And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a __________ ____ ____________ and __________ days, clothed in sackcloth. NOTE: . Now thats what we call Hebrew parallelism, you say something one way, and you repeat it another way; so the first forty two months is followed by 1260 days, and in prophetic terms theyre the same period. 2.What do the two olive trees and two candlesticks 2

symbolize? Revelation 11:4-5, These are the two _____ trees, and the two _________ standing before the God of the earth. And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed. Zechariah 4:1-6, And the angel that talked with me came again, and waked me, as a man that is wakened out of his sleep, and said unto me, What seest thou? And I said, I have looked, and behold a _________ all of gold, with a bowl upon the top of it, and his seven lamps thereon, and seven pipes to the seven lamps, which are upon the top thereof: And two ______ ______ by it, one upon the right side of the bowl, and the other upon the left side thereof. So I answered and spake to the angel that talked with me, saying, What are these, my lord? Then the angel that talked with me answered and said unto me, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord. Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, ___ ____ is ____ ______ of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts. NOTE: So what are these olive trees and the candlesticks? The word of God. So this word of God was prophesying in sackcloth, in other words suppressed, for 1260 prophetic, 1260 literal years. Do you know when the Reformation started printing the Bible; they started using the Gutenberg press, and they just marched in there, and they smashed it. And they burnt every Bible that was being printed, and they tried to destroy it with every means at their disposal; without much success. 3

3.What other fascinating symbols are found in Zechariah chapter four and five? Zechariah 4:11-14, Then answered I, and said unto him, What are these two olive trees upon the right side of the candlestick and upon the left side thereof? And I answered again, and said unto him, What be these two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves? And he answered me and said, Knowest thou not what these be ? And I said, No, my lord. Then said he, These are the ___ ________ _____, that stand by the Lord of the whole earth. NOTE: Here again we see the same symbols that are found in Revelation chapter eleven. Lets take a closer look at what happens next. Zechariah 5:1-2, Then I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a _______ _____. And he said unto me, What seest thou? And I answered, I see a ______ _____; the length thereof is twenty cubits, and the breadth thereof ten cubits. NOTE: This roll that is flying is not a roll in the sense of our modern vernacular, but it is a scroll, it represents the word of God. But, this is not an ordinary scroll it is a flying scroll. This represents the way that the word of God is spreading throughout the world. 4.What does this flying roll do to those who steal and those who swear falsely? Zechariah 5:3-4, Then said he unto me, This is the _______ 4

that goeth forth over the face of the whole earth: for every one that ______ shall be cut off as on this side according to it; and every one that __________ shall be cut off as on that side according to it. I will bring it forth, saith the LORD of hosts, and it shall enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of him that _______ ________ by my name: and it shall remain in the midst of his house, and shall consume it with the timber thereof and the stones thereof. NOTE: The word of God will convict whether its suppressed or not. It is a curse to the whole earth, because each person on this is earth is a sinner, and is arraigned by the Word of God. It is a curse to those who transgress Gods Commandments, but it is a blessing to those who surrender to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. 5.What does Zechariah see next in this vision? Zechariah 5:5-6, Then the angel that talked with me went forth, and said unto me, Lift up now thine eyes, and see what is this that goeth forth. And I said, What is it? And he said, This is an _______ that goeth forth. He said moreover, This is their resemblance through all the earth. NOTE: What is an ephah? An ephah is a unit of measurement. That is quite interesting because in Revelation chapter eleven we find a unit a of measurement there also. (See Revelation 11:1-2) Zechariah 4:7-8, And, behold, there was lifted up a talent of _____: and this is a _______ that sitteth in the midst of the _____. And he said, This is _________. And he cast it into

the midst of the ephah; and he cast the weight of lead upon the mouth thereof. NOTE: Here we see the ephah depicted with a heavy lid of lead upon it. The prophet was instructed to lift up the lid to look inside of it, and as he looked inside he saw something in the ephah that was very interesting a woman. In the Bible a woman is used to describe a church. And the response was that this union was wickedness. So, what does all this mean? Here we have a replacement of the authority of the Word of God, to the authority of a church. The Bible is the only true unit of measurement, not a man made creed from a church. But, this is what is seen, and the result is wickedness. But, it is also worthy of note that this woman was only seen for a period of time and then the lid was placed back on the ephah covering up the woman sitting inside. Did you know that during the reformation that it was common knowledge that the Papal power was the antichrist? Everyone knew it, and everyone one preached from Martin Luther to John Calvin to John Knox, even later on the Wesley Brothers preached it, but today the lid is back on the ephah and no one preaches or teaches it anymore. 6.What happened to the ephah immediately after this? Zechariah 4:9-11, Then lifted I up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came out two ______, and the wind was in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a ______: and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven. Then said I to the angel that talked with me, Whither do these bear the ephah? And he said unto me, To build it an house in the land of _______: and it shall be established, and set there upon her own base.

NOTE: Here we see two women, two churches if you will, and they have wings of a stork. According to Leviticus chapter eleven, the stork is an unclean bird. What Zechariah is saying, is that another standard will reign on this earth. This standard will be set by a church, everybody will have a knowledge that it was wickedness, it was revealed, but the wickedness is being covered up. And then two powerful church groups, the Bible calls them the dragon and the false prophet powers, will come and then lift this standard up and say, there it is, and the Babylonian empire will be reborn in spiritual sense on this earth; with a standard that replaces Gods standard. 7.In Revelation chapter eleven what do the two witnesses have power to do? Revelation 11:6, These have power to ____ ______, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over _______ to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all __________, as often as they will. NOTE: does the word of God have power to do that? Absolutely, did Elijah do it? Elijah prayed under the instigation of God and said it will not rain, 3 years and it didnt reign, 3 years. Interesting that this prophetic power reigns 3 prophetic years, no rain. What does that mean spiritually? A barrenness for the word of God. 8.What will happen to the two witnesses after they finish their testimony? Revelation 11:7, And when they shall have finished their 7

testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall _____ _____ against them, and shall ________ them, and ____ them. NOTE: now when will they have finished their testimony in sackcloth? After the 1260 days, well if that prophecy is correct then that brings us to about 1798; and in that time period, a power will start emerging on earth, which will make it its business to destroy the word of God. Interesting, so after 1798 a power will emerge that will make it its business to destroy the word of God. And this beast ascendeth out of the bottomless pit. Now, who was in the bottomless pit before? Well the star that fell from heaven made smoke come out of the bottomless pit, his false doctrines wafting across the earth. And now it is being established to the point of authority. So this is Satans kingdom growing on the earth. But remember, God is just watching it, and permitting it; and telling you about it. And he shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. So there must be something happening where the word of God is officially rejected. But this is a greater involvement, there is going to be the rise of a kingdom that officially wants to obliterate the word of God. 9.What is the spiritual significance of Sodom and Egypt? Revelation 11:8, And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. NOTE: This is an interesting verse, and obviously has a symbolic allusion to it. We know that Jesus was not crucified in Sodom and Egypt. And we also know that according to history some very notable things took place there in relation 8

to the God of the Bible. Notice what this author seems to think about the significance of the verse of scripture The great city in whose streets the witnesses are slain, and where their dead bodies lie, is spiritually Egypt. Of all nations presented in Bible history, Egypt most boldly denied the existence of the living God, and resisted his commands. No monarch ever ventured upon more open and highhanded rebellion against the authority of Heaven than did the king of Egypt. When the message was brought him by Moses, in the name of the Lord, Pharaoh proudly answered, Who is Jehovah, that I should obey his voice to let Israel go? I know not Jehovah, neither will I let Israel go. this is atheism; and the nation represented by Egypt would give voice to a similar denial of the claims of the living God, and would manifest a like spirit of unbelief and defiance. The great city is also compared, spiritually, to Sodom. The corruption of Sodom in breaking the law of God was especially manifested in licentiousness. In other words, you know, sexual depravity if you like. And this sin was also to be pre-eminent characteristic of the nation that should fulfill the specifications of this scripture. Where also our Lord was crucified. This specification of the prophecy was also filled by France. I agree with that. In no land had the spirit of enmity against Christ been more strikingly displayed. In no country had the truth encountered more bitter and cruel opposition. In the persecution which France had visited upon the confessors of the gospel, she had crucified Christ in the person of his disciples. The Great Controversy pg. 271 NOTE: I concur with this, I would like to go even further, and say that France is just the very beginning, the kernel of the rise of the kingdom of Lucifer. And I will prove that as we go along with help from many quotes. And we will 9

see what was set up there which is going to rule the whole world today. And it affects you and me directly, this is not just history, this is history in application. 10.What will make war with the two witnesses? Revelation 11:7, And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that _________ out of the _________ __ _____ shall make war against them, and shall ________ __ them, and _____ them. NOTE: This was the awful scene during the French Revolution where thousands of people who held to the teaching of the Bible were eliminated. And the Bibles were burned and the basest iniquity was rampant and looked upon by society as a whole as acceptable. This was only a microcosm of what is going to take place over the entire world. Bible based Christianity and its attempted destruction. And the groundwork is being done right now to carry out this indescribable crime to its fruition. Historically this beast here in verse seven has to be the nation of France, because France is the nation that carried out this horrible revolution out, with the help of the Church of Rome of course. 11.Why does the Bible say that the two witnesses were dead lying in the streets? Revelation 11:9-10, And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their ______ _______ to be put in graves. And they that dwell upon the earth shall ______ over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to 10

another; because these ____ _______ tormented them that dwelt on the earth. NOTE: We have here another prophetic time, three and a half days which would be 3 and a half years. from November 10, 1973 June 1797, they did that, they banned the Bible; officially by government decree, they banned the Bible. Did the French send send gifts to one another because the Bible was banned and later burned? Yes, they actually did that, because these two prophets, the Bible had tormented them that dwelt on the earth. In actual fact they only believed that this Bible had tormented them, the people; but somebody else actually believed that this Bible was a tormenting power, and I will show you who a little later who that power is that made war against the Bible. 12.Did the Bible remain dead? Revelation 11:11-13, And after three days and an half the _______ ___ ___ from God entered into them, and they _____ upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them. And the same hour was there a _____ _________, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven. NOTE: Did it destroy the Bible? No, after this event, which was just the beginning of this great attack on the word of God, power came into the word of God and the Bibles went all over into the world. All the great Bible societies 11

were started after this day, and the Bible was put into every hand that wanted it in the whole world. This infuriated the beast from the bottomless pit to such an extent that it changed its tactics of war. And well be dealing with that in two lectures called The Battle of the Bibles, and Changing the Word, So this word of God stood up and preached with power hereafter; but the war wasnt over, it just began. They heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them. And the enemy Ill tell you hates the word of God. And the same hour there was a great earthquake, and a tenth part of the city fell, Obviously referring to this spiritual city Babylon if you like, was shaken by this resurgence of power in the word of God. And so Satan redoubled his efforts to destroy again thereafter. 13.What is a woe, and what does it mean in the context of the French Revolution? Revelation 11:14, The second ____ is past; and, behold, the third ____ cometh quickly. NOTE: A woe is something that makes it impossible for the people to find truth. The first woe was the destruction physically of the original Christian areas through powers that were against Christ. This woe is now a spiritually darkening of all knowledge pertaining to God by this power who makes war on the word of God. 14.How do the faithful ones overcome Satan and his attacks? 12

Revelation 12:11, And they overcame him by the ______ of the Lamb, and by the word of their ________; and they loved not their lives unto the death. NOTE: Many sincere believers in Christ were killed, and by their testimony, by their experiential knowledge of Christ were they able to hold fast to their allegiance to Him. 15.What massacre took place during the French Revolution that testifies to the horror of the time? But blackest in the black catalogue of crime, most horrible among the fiendish deeds of all the dreadful centuries, was the St. Bartholomew Massacre. The world still recalls with shuddering horror the scenes of that most cowardly and cruel onslaught. The king of France, urged on by Romish priests and prelates, lent his sanction to the dreadful work. A bell, tolling at dead of night, was a signal for the slaughter. Protestants by thousands, sleeping quietly in their homes, trusting to the plighted honor of their king, were dragged forth without a warning and murdered in cold blood. The Great Controversy pg. 272 16.What took place in 1929 that help to fulfill Revelation 13:3? Mussolini and Gasparri sign historic Roman pact, the Roman question tonight was a thing of the past, and the Vatican was at peace with Italy in affixing the autographs to the memorable document healing the wound. 17.Despite of what has already taken place, and what is planned to take place, who will alone stand victorious? Revelation 11:15-19, And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall ____ for ____ and _____. And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned. And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth. And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail. NOTE: So the good news is, that in spite of this power that starts off first in Revelation chapter 9 opening up the pits of hell to bring about doctrines in the world which darken the light, and bring darkness over the earth; grows eventually through history by the time we get to the time of the French Revolution, the pits of hell are opening up again and a power arises, which is to become a universal political power, which will be controlled by a woman. By a church, which will replace the word of God, and substitute it with its own standard. Its own ephah, does that make sense? And it looks good on paper, but actually violates 14

every principle of the word of God. Every principle of the ten commandments is violated, and it is difficult to see because it looks so good, but as we continue with the lectures we will see that this is really the case. And behind it all, behind this French Revolution and all of these we see the agencies of this church, we see Jesuit agencies behind it all, and weve seen that secret societies, because everything is shrouded in mystery, will bring about the changes that will make null and void the word of God. So in the next lectures were going to go behind the scenes, and open up some facts to see if this really is so. But Jesus is in control. And hes permitted us to see all these things, and he is the officiating high priest, he is the King of kings. He will come again in glory, and no matter how much darkness comes out of the bottomless pit, Jesus is in control, and theres nothing to fear if you are standing on His side.

MY DECISION FOR JESUS I see clearly the organized effort and vehement hatred that Satan has for the Word of God, and for those who seek to live by it. I also see that although the Word of God has been suppressed, burned, and banned, it is available to all today who are willing to seek it. Is it your desire to seek God today through his Word? Yes or No
