Describe and explain how to apply control mechanisms within the Front Office so as to present loss of hotel assets. 1. To recognize functions in housekeeping laundry operations. 2. To implement occupational health, safety and welfare practices and procedures within the room division and describe for detection and evacuation procedure. 2. Prescribe security measure commonly applied in hotels so as to ensure security for guest, staff and property.
