Have you ever wondered how people get chocolate from? In this article we’ll enter the amazing world
of chocolate so you can understand exactly what you’re eating.
Chocolate starts with a tree called the cacao tree. This tree grows in equatorial regions,
especially in places such as South America, Africa, and Indonesia. The cacao tree produces a fruit
about the size of a small pine apple. Inside the fruit are the tree’s seeds, also known as cocoa beans.
The beans are fermented for about a week, dried in the sun and then shipped to the chocolate
maker. The chocolate maker starts by roasting the beans to bring out the flavour. Different beans from
different places have different qualities and flavour, so they are often sorted and blended to produce a
distinctive mix. Next, the roasted beans are winnowed. Winnowing removes the meat nib of the cacao
bean from its shell. Then, the nibs are blended. The blended nibs are ground to make it a liquid. The
liquid is called chocolate liquor. It tastes bitter. All seeds contain some amount of fat, and cacao beans
are not different. However, cacao beans are half fat, which is why the ground nibs from liquid. It’s pure
bitter chocolate.

Well, one day the Wind and the Sun were disputing which was the stronger. Suddenly they saw a
traveler coming down the road.
The Sun : I see a way to decide our dispute, whichever of us can cause that traveler to take off
His cloak shall be regarded as the stronger.
The Wind : Would you mind not talking so loudly?
The Sun : Sorry. Okay, you begin. I will retire behind a cloud.
The Wind : I will blow as hard as I could…. I`ll be the winner.
The Sun : Okay. Good Luck.
The Wind : Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz I`m so tired. What happens with me? I should`t give up.
I have to blow harder…..zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
But the harder he blew the more closely did the traveler wrap his cloak round him, till at last the Wind
had to give up in despair. Then the Sun came out and shone in all his glory upon the traveler, who soon
found it too hot to walk with his cloak on. That`s the end of the story. What lesson can we learn? Right.

SYDNEY(AP) : Australia will deport a group of Indonesians after rejecting their argument that
they should receive asylum because their livelihood was destroyed by an Australian crackdown on
illegal fishing in its northen waters.
The three men, three women and 10 children were rescued from a leaking fishing boat last
month after their stricken vessel pulled up alongside an oil ship in the Timor Sea
The families, from the Indonesian island of Roti – some 500 kilometers northwest of Australia
– said they had been suffering economic losses from Australia`s crackdown on illegal fishing in its
northen territorial waters, and had no choice but to seek asylum in Australia
Immigration Minister Chris Evans said their claim had been rejected.
``On the information provided, my department is satisfied that they have not raised issues
which might engage Australia`s protection obligations,`` Evans said in a statement.
``People from other countries do not have a right to stay in Australia just because they would
be economically better off here,`` he said.
Since 2005, Australian officials have seized more than 500 illegal fishing vessels in northen
