Operation Description

1. Safety briefing 2. Rigged up the wireline surface equipment ( lubricator, stuffing box , BOP, deflection sheaves , load cell ) 3. Prepared the wireline string for running gauge cutters Wireline string components used i. Link jar Dia. 1- 1/2" 5ft long ii Standard sinker bar Dia. 1-1/2" 4ft long iii Heavy weight sinker bar ( Tungsten) Dia. 1-1/2" 4ft long iv Rope socket - No Knot Dia. 1-1/2" 1ft long v Two sets of Gauge cutters Dia. 1-1/2" 1ft long and Dia. 2.31" 1ft long 4. During the RIH and POOH of the 1-1/2" gauge cuttter, an obstruction was observed at 318m ( due to a landing nipple) 5. Assembled an Otis X-mandrel with equalizing valve size 2-1/2" and an Otis X-running tool to be runned to a depth of 162m 6 observed that the lock mandrel was accidentally set at the first LN (depth of 152m) 7. Pulled out the X- running tool to the lubricator
