Foster Bellman was a noble of the Lyran Commonwealth from Forkas.[1]
History[edit]
Bellman assisted the Celebration Ball that run on Tharkad on 17 April 3080 in the rebuilt Marsden Wing of the Archon's Palace with her daughters. He was mourning the death of three of the six of his children that fought during the Jihad.[1]
