Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are for United States customers only, due to shipping prices.
  • Subscribing requires a 3 month commitment. 
  • Feel free to cancel your subscription any time after 3 months.
  • If you wish to cancel your subscription before finishing the 3-month period, you have the option to do so. However, you will need to pay the difference between the discounted price and the original price for the previous orders. For example; if you have received just one order, you’ll pay the $10 difference, if two, you’ll pay the $20 difference. Once the first three months have been paid for, you are no longer liable to pay a cancellation fee. This is because, as a small family business, we want to prevent people from subscribing to save and then canceling right afterwards. 

    When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

    Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.


    The subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration. You will be paying the same subscription price after the 3 months.  If you don’t want to renew a subscription you will need to manually cancel it.

    If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. You can manage your subscription from your account. First, you need to create one. Accounts are not automatically created when you subscribe.
