Reminder[edit]
Please stop making duplicate edits of the same edit on the Super Mario Wiki. This isn't a warning, and it's possible that you made a mistake by accident or without realizing it; this is simply a reminder for your information. If the action continues, then a warning will be issued. Thanks for reading and keep contributing. If you feel this reminder was undeserved, you may appeal it. |
Hello! Just a little reminder. Make sure not to make a duplicate edit, because it showed up on the Recent changes three times! (And wasn't minor.)
Thanks for reading. TheRedOne (talk) 13:16, 18 March 2013 (EDT)
Game & Watch Gallery[edit]
I see you added a bit to trivia to the Game & Watch Gallery page regarding international names for the games. But in Europe (I'm British, and own copies of all the games except Advance, so I should know!), the games have the same names as in America, except for 4, which is called Game & Watch Gallery Advance, they're not called Game Boy Gallery like in Japan. And G&WG4 doesn't even have a Japanese name, as it was never released there. Next time, do your research please. Digifiend (talk) 10:15, 15 September 2015 (EDT)
Names in Other Languages[edit]
Ah, okay- sorry about that. (T · C) 02:46, 24 November 2015 (EST)
Super Mario Advance[edit]
I appreciate your attempts to trim the Super Mario Advance pages, but I'm not sure deleting the bulleted list of changes wholesale is the way to go. I feel there's value in hving an exhaustive list of changes written up, and I'm not comfortable having legitimate (ie: not obvious or repetitive) information removed because it's 2too minor". --Glowsquid (talk) 13:54, 14 May 2016 (EDT)
- For reference, I don't think there's anything wrong to have a paragraph sumarizing the most major and obvious changes, what you wrote isn't bad. But I don't think the list full of things like "The first bush in Level 2 has more fruits" should be scrapped in the same breath.
Undo Edits of Mine[edit]
Why? We can repurpose images! --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 01:18, 3 August 2016 (EDT)
Reminder[edit]
Please stop making consecutive edits to the same page on the Super Mario Wiki. This isn't a warning, and it's possible that you made a mistake by accident or without realizing it; this is simply a reminder for your information. If the action continues, then a warning will be issued. Thanks for reading and keep contributing. If you feel this reminder was undeserved, you may appeal it. |
You just made almost 20 consecutive edits to Mario (franchise), please try to make fewer, larger edits when doing this in the future to avoid flooding the Recent Changes. ( • ) 17:05, 6 August 2016 (EDT)
- And if you absolutely must make consecutive edits, please mark them as minor. Failure to do so is a Level One offense. --™ The 'Shroom 17:41, 6 August 2016 (EDT)
Edit snipping[edit]
Oh hey, I really like your work on the Mario (franchise) page.
Since I don't want to steps on any toe, I was wondring if you plan to apply the same treatment to other series page (asking because I'd like to overhaul Donkey Kong's)? --Glowsquid (talk) 18:34, 21 August 2016 (EDT)
- I'm also here to congratulate your effort in the Mario franchise article, keep up the good work! Ray Trace(T|C) 19:33, 22 August 2016 (EDT)
- I cannot thank you enough for transforming one of MarioWiki's whopping travesties into a featured article. If there were a barnstar system, I would've given you one in a heartbeat for such an impressive feat. Keep up the good work, we really appreciate it. :) Mario-HOHO! (Talk / Stalk) 21:53, 2 September 2016 (EDT)
I see you started work on the Donkey Kong page, but I'm wondering if I could write the Other Media sections? Don't want to be pushy ^_^' --Glowsquid (talk) 23:02, 3 October 2016 (EDT)
Birdo[edit]
Good job, with rewriting Birdo's summary. But just know that reception section on character or item pages aren't unneeded, especially from website writers or critics. We don't try and emulate like Wikipedia's page. L151
Warning[edit]
This warning has been overturned by the MarioWiki staff. The original warning can still be viewed. | |
---|---|
This is a warning to stop your inappropriate behavior (making major changes without approval) on the Super Mario Wiki. Please adhere to the rules or you will be blocked from editing this site. If you feel this warning was undeserved, you may appeal it. |
You edit here on the Bowser article wasn't necessary. Not only do you need Admin-approval before making major changes like that but some (or at least one) point of information was false. Bowser doesn't want to marry Peach, he just wants to use her to take over the Mushroom Kingdom. He did marry her in Super Paper Mario but that was a fake to create the Chaos Heart so that doesn't count. Also listing the locations and games makes it easier for non-users or kids to catch on thanks. (talk) (edits) 22:11, 2 September 2016 (EDT)
I've overturned the above warning because it's droll nonsense.
1: " Not only do you need Admin-approval before making major changes like that " <--- lmao no, minor rewrites like that don't warrant proposal what the hell are you on about?
2: While includng the bit about marying Peach is questionable since it's only been depited in two bit of media as far as I can rember (SPM and The Great Mission To Save Princess Peach), in according another user of making a factual error, you did one yourself: saying "it's fake" is irrelevant as bowser had no way of knowing the effects or the purpose of it.
Either way handing out a warning was completely out of line. --Glowsquid (talk) 22:48, 2 September 2016 (EDT)
Your recent contributions[edit]
Hello, just like to say, great job rewriting and improve several series pages, we appreciated. If you get the chance, how about Mario Kart (series) cause it really could use that assistant, Thank you. --L151 06:15, 14 November 2016 (EST)
Again, thank you for the rewritten of the Mario Kart (series). Try to avoid adding bias from other websites (e.g; such as Rainbow Road, which WatchMojo.com described as "death-defying and infinitely frustrating."). L151
Other series pages[edit]
Hello, I was wondering if you would like to tackle others series? If so, can you give the "following" some treatment.
Wario (franchise)WarioWare- Wario Land (series)
- Dr. Mario (series)
- Mario Golf (series)
- Mario Tennis (series)
- Mario vs. Donkey Kong (series)
- Paper Mario (series)
Paper Mario page[edit]
Hello again, i wonder if you be interest to rewrite and improve the Paper Mario series page (or the other series pages mentioned above)? I would appreciate if you reply. --L151 22:51, 24 March 2017 (EDT)
Mario Golf[edit]
Thanks for rewriting Paper Mario (series). Do you think you could improve Mario Golf (series) or either Mario Tennis (series)? L151
Mario vs. Donkey Kong[edit]
When you're not busy, could you help ameliorate Mario vs. Donkey Kong (series)? L151
- Hello again, do you think you could improve-write Dr. Mario (series)? I would appreciate if you reply.
Superball[edit]
You appear to be somewhat active, so I assume you'll get this.
In 2015, you added this piece of information to the Superball article claiming that they replaced the Fire Flower's fireballs due to technical limitations of the Game Boy. I was wondering if you'd be able to remember what your source was for that, if there is one? Otherwise, it will likely get removed soon. 17:13, 21 March 2018 (EDT)
Mario & Luigi page[edit]
I'm questioning your changes to the Mario & Luigi (series) page, starting with this edit. You're removing information that should be there, and replacing a summary chart with long paragraphs can be a turn off for many readers. I don't remember seeing these changes being discussed anywhere. 13:45, 30 October 2018 (EDT)
Thanks[edit]
You did a great job on that Wario Land 4 media section, thanks a lot.
