Lion, "The Great Gladiator Gig"

Harry is a lion who apparently lives in the Linguini Empire Colosseum, being kept in a pen there and used to attack gladiators in the colosseum's arena.

In The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episode "The Great Gladiator Gig", Emperor Augustus Septemberus Octoberus Koopa, after Mario and Luigi defeat his gladiator, Tryclydius, orders Harry and his companion, another lion, to be released to attack Mario and Luigi.

Exiting his pen, Harry and his friend begin to advance on Mario and Luigi, preparing to eat them. Before they are devoured though, Mario and Luigi convince Harry and the other lion that they do not want to eat two mangy plumbers, as the "Kings of the Beasts", they should get royal meat, as in, Emperor Augustus Septemberus Octoberus Koopa.

Harry and his lion friend, after hearing this, agree not to eat Mario and Luigi; eventually, after Princess Toadstool and Toad are rescued from the emperor by Mario and Luigi and Emperor Koopa himself is dumped into the arena of his colosseum, Harry and the other lion advance on the fallen emperor. The emperor, panicking upon seeing Harry, flees in terror from the colosseum and the Linguine Empire, with Harry and the other lion chasing him.

Though Harry's unnamed lion companion appeared at Mario, Luigi, Toad and Princess Toadstool's spaghetti benefit dinner, it is unknown if Harry himself was in attendance there.
