Refund policy

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order prior to shipment, contact our team to let us know. We will refund you the cost of the exhibit, however a 3% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

If for any reason you would like to return your exhibit within 30 days of receiving it, contact our team to let us know and arrange for return shipping. Once our team receives the item, we will refund you the cost of the exhibit, however a 3% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded. The buyer is responsible for arranging return shipping and any costs associated with it.
