Rugrats (1991)
There has never been a TV show about babies and a rude ass toddler on TV that is as amazing as this. NEVER!!! EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you couldn't relate to any of the characters on the show or get into the stories then you have no vision. Everything from the opening song to the titles, to the punch lines, this is the leader in cartoons.
They did fail with ALL GROWN UP, but we won't discuss that.

Daria (1997)
Half of what they would say on this show went over my head seeing as I was 8. I appreciate it more now than I ever did, and Daria is one little hot box if I may add.

Barney & Friends (1992)
Yes. Barney. If you have anything against Barney, you are probably a Nazi, or Gumby, but either way, Barney is freaking amazing. When they added the change and brought in BJ, the yellow dino, nothing negative happened, in fact I'm pretty sure the gates of heaven opened up. This show, IMO can do no wrong.

Recess (1997)
I saw the movie, I saw every episode and I know all of them by name. This is only amazing for two main reasons:
1. Violence
2. Gretchen
That's it.

Goosebumps (1995)
I personally loved the books more and the episodes where very good, but sometimes the stories where a little...stupid.
I would like to make a note, that it was either this or Rocket Power...the STINK EYE LOST! :(

As Told by Ginger (2000)
Hey Lauren Conrad, meet Ginger. I liked Ginger, still do, and I would like to let her know, the grass is in fact...Greener on the other side.
Now I know it didn't air until 2000, but I considered it almost the last show that had the 90's feel to it.

All That (1994)
I've always wanted to join the show, they had so much fun, and sometimes you could see they were trying to push an image down our throats, but over all it was very cool to see them just be themselves. Kinda like SNL for kids.

Hey Arnold! (1996)
If I was from NY I would like it more. Overall the stories where funny and I really loved how no one seemed phased by Arnolds head, but Helga.

Aaahh!!! Real Monsters (1994)
This show is gross, demented and twisted, BRING IT BACK!

This is the reason why I believe my children's childhood will be fabricated with the help of DVD Box Sets, Netflix and Youtube; and why my childhood still remains one of the best ever!
