Meet Ioana Popa, our Senior Performance Marketer, the one who can turn ads into hundreds of webinar signups (and still find time to debate which milk option is better 🥛) 👉 Do you remember your very first day at Planable? What stood out most? “I remember being starstruck by the insane variety of milk options and then came the welcome drinks after work where I was bombarded with questions while trying so hard not to overshare (a true challenge for me haha). But what stood out most was how genuinely excited everyone was to meet me and make me feel at home.” 👉 How long have you been at Planable, and what’s kept you here? “Almost 2 years in a few days!! From the very beginning, the magic of Planable has been the people and the open, relaxed culture. Aaand the free lunches are definitely a selling point too.” 👉 What’s one memory or milestone that defines your journey here so far? “It has to be the time I pulled in 700+ webinar registrants from social ads. It had me and my imposter syndrome going: ‘Whoa… seems like I almost know what I’m doing here.’” 👉 What do you love most about working at Planable today? “It’s the nice balance between having fun and rolling up our sleeves to do great things together. So it always comes back to the people here and it's always fun, trustworthy, efficient and constantly pushing you to do better and be better.” From milk options to marketing wins, Ioana brings energy, creativity, and a whole lot of heart to Planable. 💛

Everyone hopes they’re funny… until the post flops. 🥲 Humor in marketing isn’t just about cracking jokes. It’s about knowing why something’s funny, when it works, and how to make it sell.🤭 That’s why we teamed up with Dan Knowlton (aka the king of Advertainment) and Lianna Patch (aka the queen of copy that makes you snort-laugh) to break down the actual framework behind brand humor.💪 The result? The humor playbook. Free, fun, and full of expert advice + practical steps for brands that want to make people laugh and remember them.💙 Get free access in the comment section!🔗

  • People are literally searching on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube before they ever hit Google. 🫠 That changes the game for content marketing and social media management. It’s not just about creating posts anymore. It’s about creating content people can actually find. 🔎 If your content creation isn’t built on a keyword workflow, you’re just adding to the scroll. And if you haven’t started yet, this is your sign to do so! 💪

91% of people want funny brands, yet only 20% of brands actually are funny. The math just isn’t mathing 🤷♀️. Most brands end up beige, but your brand doesn’t have to. With the right approach, it could be hilarious (on purpose).🤩 That’s why we made the "Am I funny?" brand test, a free Notion resource built with insights from the king of advertainment, Dan Knowlton , and humor expert Lianna Patch.💙 Grab it, test your brand’s sense of humor, and stop serving elevator music marketing.😴 Get free access in the comment section!🔗

Today we’re continuing our People of Planable series, where we celebrate the teammates who’ve been shaping our culture and growing with us for years. 🫠 This time, we’re spotlighting Noa Lupu, our Customer Success Manager, who shared some wonderful memories, milestones, and what she loves most about working here. 💙 📌 Do you remember your very first day at Planable? What stood out most? "My first week at Planable was the week before quarterly planning. At that time, I had no idea what that meant; all I noticed was everyone was super focused, buried in their laptops, barely looking up. So, for me, as a pretty social person, that was a tad worrying. Luckily, that didn't last long. I quickly realized everyone was super fun and welcoming, once the deadlines were over. Since then, if anyone else joins the team during this particular week, I'm on a mission to let them know we're actually such a fun group, right after quarterly planning is over. "🫣 📌 How long have you been at Planable, and what’s kept you here? "Depending on when this goes live, I've been with Planable for almost exactly 5 years! One of the things I always value most at any job is the team, and as cheesy as it sounds, I couldn't have found a better group. I've made what I like to believe are life-long friends here, and have always had something to learn from all my peers. I've had the opportunity to grow right alongside Planable. Had the freedom to experiment, get things wrong, try again and celebrate all the wins, however big or small." 📌 What’s one memory or milestone that defines your journey here so far? "A core memory for me is when we hit our first million in ARR. I use "we" pretty loosely as this was in my early Planable days, but I remember it was such a milestone for everyone. It was very inspiring to see and I was very proud to be part of this growing team of young people building such a cool product (if I may say so myself)." 📌 What do you love most about working at Planable today? "Lunches in the office. The evergreen Mondays "How was your weekend?", and Fridays "What are you doing this weekend?". As mundane and basic these questions seem, there are always hilarious stories behind the answers. We have the best time laughing and trying to outdo each other's jokes. And on a more serious note, I appreciate that we always have each other's backs. It's a safe space to vent or share anything that's not working.  We don't blame each other; we take accountability and work together on finding solutions. Oh, and the occasional dogs that we get to bring in the office." 🐶 From million-dollar milestones to dog-filled lunches, Noa’s journey proves it’s the people that make Planable feel like home. 💛
