the Spaceless Gallery x MycoWorks — Reishi™ House Paris In a Haussmann-style setting on Avenue de l’Opéra, the Spaceless Gallery presents raw and refined abstract works alongside Reishi™ creations, forming a conversation between contemporary art and next-generation biomaterials. The exhibition brings together ceramic artists Olga Sabko, Morgane Pasqualini, and Jean-Baptiste Lenglet; pigment-based narratives by Quentin Derouet; vibrant floral assemblages by Marianne Eriksen Scott-Hansen and Zoé Imber; abstractions on canvas by Aleksandra Szewczuk; and the sculptural and algorithmic poetry of aurèce vettier, a collaboration between human craftsmanship and artificial intelligence initiated by Paul Mouginot. Each artist begins with a raw material - clay, pigment, or data - and crafts it into form. Like MycoWorks, their practices explore the relationship between nature, materiality, and creation, revealing the inherent potential of matter itself. In conversation with these works are collectible designs made with Reishi™, a new category of biomaterial grown from mycelium. The presentation includes collaborations with Sophie Dries, Marion Mailaender, Anna Le Corno (Studio Farouche), OEO Studio, and others. For this exhibition, MycoWorks unveils airy pendant lights by Alea Studio and a new stool by Tim Leclabart, a rising star in French design. 📍 Reishi™ House – MycoWorks 14 Avenue de l’Opéra, 75001 Paris, 3rd Floor 🕓 By appointment only

Reviewing #ParisDesignWeek as "A City in Transformation", design & lifestyle publication LUXURY Korea stopped by MycoWorks showroom Reishi™ House to explore Material Innovation at its finest. "An example highlighting innovative materials was the exhibition 'Reishi™ in the Nordic Light' by MycoWorks, which showcased Reishi, a mushroom-based biomaterial, at an architectural scale. Held in a showroom on Rue de l’Opéra, the exhibition featured furniture, objects, and lighting created in collaboration with Danish designers. With flexibility and texture comparable to traditional leather, Reishi demonstrated how organic irregularities and warmth could be elevated into aesthetic elements through dyeing and bonding techniques. The exhibition illustrated how technology, nature, and craft sensibility can merge to open new design frontiers." ✨ Discover the LUXURY magazine https://lnkd.in/etXVC7Z9 🎇 Visit our showroom by appointment: communication@mycoworks.com

MycoWorks' strategic partnership with Ligne Roset is centered on expanding the possibilities of sustainable design. Our combined expertise in mycelium, material science, and heritage craft has unlocked new potential for MycoWorks’ signature Reishi™ biomaterial in furniture design and upholstery. Ligne Roset’s key support in research and developement allowed our companies to unveil in April a "Kobold" designed by erwan bouroullec, Made with Reishi™. Mastering the Chain from Beginning to End: Ligne Roset's Sustainable Seating For nearly 17 years, Christophe Suchet has led our seating design studio in Briord, where his team brings designers' visions to life with a focus on durability and environmental performance. Collaborating directly with material innovators like MycoWorks on Reishi, a plant-based material derived from mushroom mycelium cultivation, they explore new possibilities for sustainable design. "You can quickly be trapped by wool that crosses the planet," explains Christophe. "It may be the best quality, but the carbon footprint is high." Every design decision balances material quality and environmental impact, showing that sustainability and design excellence can go hand in hand. Kobold by Erwan Bouroullec exemplifies this approach. Fully disassemblable and modular, its foams can be re-upholstered and veneer panels replaced individually, allowing the piece to evolve and last over time. Discover the Kobold project and more innovative designs in Magazine #3, available exclusively in our stores. #SustainableDesign #FrenchCraftsmanship #LigneRoset #CircularDesign #ModularFurniture #Innovation
