Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach  The mission of the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach (HACLB) is to provide support and rental assistance to individuals and families in need, expanding access to affordable and safe housing through the effective use of government resources and community partnerships.

In alignment with our mission, we prioritize the following:
  • Effectively Utilizing Resources: We are dedicated to the efficient management of government resources and community partnerships to maximize the impact of our assistance programs.
