包装

In Odoo Inventory, packaging refers to disposable containers holding multiple units of a specific product.

For example, different packages for cans of soda, such as a 6-pack, a 12-pack, or a case of 36, must be configured on the individual product form. This is because packagings are product specific, not generic.

配置

要使用包裹，请导航至 库存应用程序 ‣ 配置 ‣ 设置。然后，在 产品 标题下启用 产品包裹 功能，并点击 保存。

创建包裹

包装可直接在产品表单上创建，或从 产品包裹 页面创建。

From product form

通过前往 库存应用程序 -> 产品 -> 产品，然后选择所需的产品，在产品表单上创建包裹。

在 库存 标签下，向下滚动到 包裹 部分，然后点击 填加行。在表格中填写以下字段：

  • :guilabel:`包裹`（必填）：在销售/采购订单中作为产品包裹选项显示的包裹名称。

  • 包裹内数量 （必填）：包裹中的产品数量。

  • :guilabel:`测量单位`（必填）：量化产品的测量单位。

  • 销售：为用于销售订单的容器选中此选项。

  • 采购：如果容器用于采购订单，请选中此选项。

注解

Access additional fields in the Packaging table below by clicking the (additional options) icon to the far-right of the column titles in the Packaging section, and selecting the desired options from the drop-down menu that appears.

  • 条形码：使用:ref:条形码应用程序<barcode/operations/intro> 在库存移动或拣选中追踪包装的标识符。如果不使用，则留空。

  • 公司：表示包装仅在所选公司提供。留空表示包装在所有公司都可用。

Example

要为六件 葡萄汽水 创建包装类型，首先点击 添加行。在行中，将 包装 命名为`6件`，并将 包含数量 设置为`6`。对其他包装重复此过程。

From product packagings page

要查看已创建的所有包裹，请转到 库存应用程序 ‣ 配置 ‣ 产品包裹。这样就会显示 产品包裹 页面，其中包含已为所有产品创建的所有包裹的完整列表。点击 新建 创建新包裹。

Example

葡萄汽水 和 健怡可乐 这两种汽水产品配置了三种类型的包装。在 产品包装 页面上，每种产品可以作为包含 6 个产品的 6罐装、包含 12 个产品的 12罐装 或包含 32 个产品的 “整箱” 进行销售。

部分保留

在 完成 包装设置后，可为出货预留全部或部分数量的包装。部分包装的灵活性允许立即装运可用的项目，同时等待其他项目，从而加快了订单的执行。

要配置包装预订方法，请转到 库存应用程序 ‣ 配置 ‣ 产品类别。然后，点击 新建，或选择所需的产品类别。

在产品类别表单的 物流 部分，保留包装 可设置为 只保留完整包装 或 保留部分包装。

重要

要查看 保留包装 字段，必须启用 产品包装 功能。要启用此功能，请进入 库存应用程序 ‣ 配置 ‣ 设置，滚动到 产品 部分，勾选 产品包装 复选框，然后点击 保存。

Example

为了更好地评估基于业务需求的选项，请参考以下示例：

  • a product is sold in twelve units per packaging.

  • an order demands two packagings.

  • there are only twenty-two units in stock.

When Reserve Only Full Packagings is selected, only twelve units are reserved for the order.

Conversely, when Reserve Partial Packagings is selected, twenty-two units are reserved for the order.

应用包装

Routes for packaging

When receiving packagings, by default, they follow the warehouse’s configured reception route. To optionally set up a packaging-specific route, go to Inventory app ‣ Configuration ‣ Routes.

重要

The Product Packagings, Storage Locations, and Multi-Step Routes features (found by going to Inventory app ‣ Configuration ‣ Settings) must be activated, and saved.

Create route

On the Routes page, click New, or select a route that is not for a warehouse. Next, in the Applicable on section, tick the Packagings checkbox.

Apply route on packaging

Then, to apply the route, go to Inventory app ‣ Products ‣ Products, and select the product that uses packaging.

In the product form, switch to the Inventory tab. In the Packaging section that contains configured packagings, click the (additional options) icon. Tick the Routes checkbox to make the column visible in the Packaging table.

In the Routes field, select the packaging-specific route. Repeat these steps for all packaging intended to use the route.
