Ponto¶

Ponto este un serviciu care permite companiilor și profesioniștilor să agregate conturile lor într-un singur loc și să vadă direct toate tranzacțiile lor într-o singură aplicație. Este o soluție de terță parte care extinde continuu numărul de instituții bancare care pot fi sincronizate cu Odoo.

Odoo poate sincroniza direct cu banca dvs. pentru a obține toate extrasele bancare importate automat în baza de date.

Ponto is a paid third-party provider that can handle the synchronization between your bank accounts and Odoo.

Configurare¶

Conectați-vă conturile bancare cu Ponto¶

1. Mergi la site-ul Ponto (https://myponto.com).

2. Creați un cont dacă nu aveți unul încă.

3. Odată ce sunteți autentificat, creați o organizație.

   

4. Go to Accounts ‣ Live, and click Add account. You might have to add your Billing Information first.

5. Selectați țara dvs., instituțiile bancare, dați-vă consimțământul Ponto, și urmați pașii pe ecran pentru a conecta contul bancar cu contul Ponto.

   

6. Add all bank accounts you want to synchronize with your Odoo database and move to the next steps.

Conectați-vă contul Ponto cu baza de date Odoo¶

1. Mergi la Contabilitate ‣ Configurare ‣ Adăugați un cont.

2. Search for your institution and select it so you can verify that the third party provider is Ponto.

3. Click Connect and follow the steps.

4. Select all accounts you want to access and synchronize in Odoo, even the ones coming from other banking institutions.

   

5. Finalizați fluxul.

Actualizați credențialele de sincronizare¶

To update your Ponto credentials or modify the synchronization settings, activate the developer mode, go to Accounting ‣ Configuration ‣ Online Synchronization, and select the institution from which you want to fetch the other accounts. Click Fetch Accounts to start the flow.

Preluați conturi noi¶

To add new online accounts to your connection, activate the developer mode, go to Accounting ‣ Configuration ‣ Online Synchronization, and select the institution from which you want to fetch the other accounts. Click Fetch Accounts to start the flow.

După sincronizarea mea, nu apare niciun cont¶

Am o eroare despre faptul că autorizarea mea a expirat¶

Every 6 months (180 days) you must re-authorize the connection between your bank account and Ponto. This must be done from the Ponto website. If you do not do this, the synchronization will stop for these accounts.

Am unele erori cu instituția mea beta¶

Ponto oferă instituții în beta, aceste instituții nu sunt suportate direct de Odoo și vă recomandăm să contactați Ponto direct.
