위치¶

A location is a specific space within a warehouse. This can be a shelf, room, aisle, etc.

설정¶

저장 위치를 지정하려면 재고 관리 앱 ‣ 환경 설정 ‣ 설정 으로 이동하여 저장 위치 기능을 활성화합니다. 창고 섹션에서 저장 위치 확인란에 표시한 다음 저장 을 클릭합니다.

Create new location¶

After enabling Storage Locations, go to Inventory app ‣ Configuration ‣ Locations.

On this page, click New. The new location form can then be configured as follows:

• Location Name: recognizable name of the location.

• 상위 위치: 새 위치가 자리하게 되는 위치입니다. 위치가 생성되면 특정한 위치가 창고에서 더 큰 영역에 어떻게 들어맞는지 알 수 있도록 위치 페이지에 위치 계층 구조 를 사용하여 나타내게 됩니다.

  Example

  창고/재고/구역 A/냉장고 1 에서 “냉장고 1”은 위치명이고, “구역 A”는 상위 위치이며, 그 앞에 있는 내용은 모두 창고 내에서 위치하고 있는 지점을 표현하는 경로입니다.

Additional Information section¶

In addition to the required fields above, configure the following location fields to ensure the location serves its intended purpose in the database:

• 위치 유형: 드롭다운 메뉴에서 공급업체 위치, 보기, 내부 위치, 고객 위치, 재고 손실, 생산 또는 운송 위치 를 선택하여 위치를 카테고리로 분류합니다. 각 위치 유형에 대한 자세한 내용은 위치 유형 섹션 을 참조하세요.

• Storage Category: only available with the Storage Categories feature enabled in Inventory app ‣ Configuration ‣ Settings.

• Company: the company the location belongs to.

• Is a Scrap Location?: tick this checkbox to allow for scrapped/damaged goods to be stored in this location.

• Is a Return Location?: tick this checkbox to allow products to be returned to this location.

• Barcode: used with the Barcode app, enter the barcode to identify actions at this location when scanned.

• 보충 위치: 경로 설정 을 할 때 적용하며, 확인란에 표시하면 매입, 제조 관리 또는 기타 조달 경로에서 제품이 입고될 목적지로 위치를 설정하여 제품이 창고에 정확하게 입고되도록 할 수 있습니다.

Configure the remaining fields in the Additional Information section as follows:

• Company: the company whose warehouse the location is inside of. Leave this field blank if this location is shared between companies.

• Is a Scrap Location?: tick this checkbox to allow for scrapped/damaged goods to be stored in this location.

• Is a Return Location?: tick this checkbox to allow products to be returned to this location.

• Barcode: the barcode assigned to the location.

• Replenish Location: tick this checkbox to get all quantities to replenish at this location.

In the Cyclic Counting section, change the value in the Inventory Frequency (Days) field from the default 0, if necessary.

When different than 0, the inventory count dates for products stored at this location are automatically set at the defined frequency.

In the Logistics section, in the Removal Strategy field, click the drop-down menu and select the removal strategy for how items should be removed from this location.

Cyclic Counting section¶

To schedule regular inventory counts at this location, set the Inventory Frequency (Days) field to the desired interval. By default, it is set to 0 (no scheduled counts).

For example, setting this field to 30, schedules a count every thirty days. For more specifics on setting up and using this feature, refer to the Cycle Counts documentation.

최근 유효 재고 에는 이 위치에서 가장 최근에 재고를 집계한 날짜가 표시됩니다. 재고 집계를 예약한 후 활성화하면 다음 예상 재고 에 다음 재고 집계일이 표시됩니다.

Example

With inventory counts scheduled to occur every 30 days, and the Last Effective Inventory count occurring on July 16, the Next Expected Inventory is August 15.

Logistics section¶

위치 양식에 있는 물류 섹션에서 선택적으로 제거 전략 을 선택하여 재고에서 제품을 피킹하는 순서와 우선순위를 결정합니다. 선입선출 (FIFO), 후입선출 (LIFO), 가장 가까운 위치, 선한선출 (FEFO) 중에서 선택할 수 있습니다.

Current stock at location¶

To view the current stock at a single location, go to Inventory app ‣ Configuration ‣ Locations, and select the desired location.

Next, click the Current Stock smart button to get a list of all products at the location.
