Print shipping labels¶
Integrate Odoo with third-party shipping carriers to automatically generate shipping labels that includes prices, destination addresses, tracking numbers, and barcodes.

Labels for multi-step¶
2단계 또는 3단계 배송 을 사용하는 회사의 경우 피킹 또는 패키지 작업을 확인한 후 라벨을 인쇄하도록 트리거할 수 있습니다. 그렇게 하려면 으로 이동하여 원하는 작업을 선택합니다.
On the Operation Type configuration page, tick the Print Label checkbox. Enabling this feature ensures that the third-party shipping label is printed upon validating this operation.

Print tracking labels¶
Tracking labels are printed when specific operations are validated. By default, validating a delivery order (DO) generates a tracking label in the chatter.

판매 및 재고 관리 앱이 모두 설치되어 있는 경우에는 앱부터 시작하여 원하는 견적서 또는 판매주문서 (SO)로 이동합니다. 해당 문서에서 배송비 를 주문서에 추가합니다. 그런 다음 연결된 DO 또는 다단계로 배송을 하는 경우에는 다른 작업 유형으로 작업을 승인하고 라벨을 인쇄합니다.
If only the Inventory app is installed, create DOs directly in the app, add the third-party carrier in the Carrier field, and validate the DO.
Add shipping on quotation¶
주문서에 대한 추적용 라벨을 생성하려면 먼저 에서 견적서를 생성하고 새로 만들기 를 클릭한 후 견적 양식을 작성합니다. 그런 다음 견적서의 오른쪽 하단에 있는 배송 추가 버튼을 클릭합니다.
팝업 창이 나타나면 배송 방법 드롭다운 메뉴에서 원하는 배송업체를 선택합니다. 총 주문 중량 필드는 주문서의 품목 중량 을 기준으로 자동으로 입력됩니다. 이 필드를 수정하여 예상 중량을 덮어쓴 후 이 중량을 사용하여 배송비를 추정합니다.
Next, click Get Rate to display the shipping cost for the customer, via the third-party carrier in the Cost field.
중요
If clicking Get Rate results in an error, ensure the warehouse’s address and weight of products in the order are properly configured.
견적서에 있는 환경 설정되어 있는 배송 품목 에 추가 를 클릭하여 견적서에 비용을 추가합니다. 마지막으로 견적에서 확인 을 클릭하고 배송 스마트 버튼을 클릭하여 DO 에 액세스합니다.
팁
판매 앱을 설치하지 않은 경우에는 배송업체 를 지정합니다. 앱을 열고 DO 로 가서 추가 정보 탭으로 이동합니다.
Validate delivery order¶
On a delivery order form, navigate to the Additional Info tab to ensure the third-party shipping carrier has been added to the Carrier field.
중요
If the Sales app is not installed, the third-party carrier is set in the Carrier field.
After the items in the order have been packed, click Validate to get the shipping carrier’s tracking number, and generate the shipping label.
참고
Create or select an existing delivery order by going to the app, and selecting the Delivery Orders card.

참고
For multi-package shipping, one label is generated per package. Each label appears in the chatter.
