품목 가져오기¶
Odoo *판매*에는 카테고리 및 세부 옵션 항목이 있는 품목 가져오기 서식이 있으며, 스프레드시트 소프트웨어 (Microsoft Excel, 오픈 오피스, 구글 시트 등)에서 열고 편집할 수 있습니다.
스프레드시트가 정확하게 작성되면 Odoo 데이터베이스에 빨리 업로드할 수 있습니다. 업로드가 완료되면 품목 카탈로그에 해당 품목이 즉시 추가되어 액세스하고 편집할 수 있습니다.
서식 가져오기¶
가져오려는 품목에 카테고리 및 세부 옵션 항목이 있는 경우에는, 반드시 *품목 서식 가져오기*를 다운로드해야 합니다. 다운로드한 후에는 서식을 조정하고 커스터마이징한 다음 Odoo 데이터베이스에 다시 업로드할 수 있습니다.
필요한 서식 가져오기 항목을 다운로드하려면 페이지에서 왼쪽 상단에 있는 ⚙️(톱니바퀴) 아이콘을 클릭합니다. 그러면 드롭다운 메뉴가 표시됩니다.
이 드롭다운 메뉴에서 기록 가져오기 옵션을 선택합니다.
:guilabel:`기록 가져오기`를 선택하면 :guilabel:`품목 가져오기 서식`을 다운로드할 수 있는 링크가 있는 별도의 페이지로 표시됩니다. 링크를 클릭하면 서식이 다운로드됩니다.
서식 다운로드가 완료되면 스프레드시트 파일을 열어 커스터마이징합니다.
품목 가져오기 서식 커스터마이징하기¶
가져오기 서식을 다운로드하여 열었으면 이제 내용을 수정할 차례입니다. 다만 변경하기 전에 진행 중에 유의해야 할 사항이 있습니다.
필요하지 않다고 판단되는 열은 자유롭게 제거합니다. 그러나 내부 참조 열은 그대로 유지하는 것을 강력히 권장합니다.
필수는 아니지만, 각 품목의 내부 참조 열에 고유 식별자 (예:
FURN_001)는 도움이 되는 경우가 많습니다. 심지어 예전 소프트웨어 스프레드시트에서 Odoo로 간편하게 전환할 수도 있습니다.예를 들어, 가져온 품목을 업데이트할 때 동일한 파일을 중복으로 만들지 않고 여러 번 가져올 수 있으므로, 품목 가져오기를효율적이고 간소화하여 관리할 수 있습니다.
가져올 열의 라벨을 변경하지 마세요. 그렇지 않으면 Odoo에서 인식하지 못하기 때문에 사용자가 가져오기 화면에서 직접 매핑해야 합니다.
서식 스프레드시트에 원하는 대로 새 열을 자유롭게 추가할 수 있습니다. 다만, 추가하려면 해당 필드가 Odoo에 반드시 존재하고 있어야 합니다. Odoo에서 열 이름을 필드와 일치시킬 수 없는 경우에는 가져오기 프로세스 중에 수동으로 일치시킬 수 있습니다.
완성된 서식을 가져오는 과정에서, Odoo는 새로 구성된 품목 서식 스프레드시트의 모든 요소를 파일 열, Odoo 필드 및 :guilabel:`댓글`로 구분하여 페이지를 표시합니다.
열 이름을 Odoo의 필드에 수동으로 일치시키려면 수동 조정이 필요한 파일 열 옆에 있는 Odoo 필드 드롭다운 메뉴를 클릭하고 해당 드롭다운 메뉴에서 알맞은 필드를 선택합니다.
품목 서식 스프레드시트 가져오기¶
품목 서식 스프레드시트를 커스터마이징한 후 서식 다운로드 링크가 있는 Odoo 품목 가져오기 페이지로 돌아가서 왼쪽 상단에 있는 파일 업로드 버튼을 클릭합니다.
그런 다음 완성된 품목 서식 스프레드시트 파일을 선택하면 Odoo에 업로드하는 팝업 창이 나타납니다.
그 후 Odoo는 새로 설정된 품목 서식 스프레드시트의 모든 요소를 파일 열, Odoo 필드 및 :guilabel:`설명`으로 구분하여 페이지를 표시합니다.
From here, the File Column can be manually assigned to an Odoo Field, if necessary.
To make sure everything is appropriate, and all the columns and fields are lined up accurately, click the Test button in the upper-left corner.
If everything is lined up and applied correctly, Odoo reveals a blue banner at the top of the page, informing the user that Everything seems valid.
오류가 발생한 경우 Odoo에서는 페이지 상단에 빨간색 배너로 문제가 발생된 위치와 그 해결 방법에 대한 안내가 표시됩니다.
Once those errors are fixed, click Test again to ensure all necessary issues have been remedied appropriately.
If additional product template spreadsheets need to be uploaded, click the Load File button, select the desired product template spreadsheet, and repeat the process.
When everything is ready, click the Import button.
클릭하면 Odoo에서는 즉시 품목 가져오기를 하여 오른쪽 상단에 팝업 메시지와 함께 기본 품목 페이지가 표시됩니다. 팝업 메시지에서 가져오기에 성공한 품목 수를 확인할 수 있습니다.
At this point, all the newly-imported products are accessible and editable via the Products page.
Import relation fields, attributes, and variants¶
Odoo 개체는 항상 다른 많은 개체와 연관되어 있다는 점에 유의하도록 합니다. 예를 들어, 품목은 품목 카테고리, 속성, 공급업체 및 이와 유사한 성격의 개체와 연결됩니다. 이러한 링크 혹은 연결을 관계라고 합니다.

관련 필드¶
Odoo의 품목 양식에는 언제든지 수정하고 커스터마이징할 수 있는 여러 개의 필드가 있습니다. 이러한 필드는 품목 양식에 있는 각각의 탭 아래에 있습니다. 필드를 이용하여 쉽게 품목 양식에서 직접 편집할 수 있지만 품목 가져오기를 통해 수정할 수도 있습니다.
앞에 언급한 대로, 이러한 성격을 가진 관련 필드는 오직 데이터베이스에 이미 존재하고 있는 품목에 대해서만 가져올 수 있습니다. 예를 들어, 사용자가 품목 유형*이 있는 품목을 가져오려는 경우 데이터베이스에 있는 사전 설정된 품목 유형 중에서만 실행할 수 있습니다 (예: *저장 가능한 품목, 소모품 등).
품목 가져오기 서식 스프레드시트에서 관련 필드에 대한 정보를 가져오려면 필드 이름을 스프레드시트의 열 이름/제목으로 추가합니다. 그런 다음 해당 제품 내역에 원하는 관련 필드 옵션을 추가합니다.
원하는 관련 필드 정보를 모두 입력했으면 위에서 설명한 프로세스 ()에 따라 스프레드시트를 저장하고 데이터베이스로 가져옵니다..
Once the spreadsheet with the newly-configured relation field information has been uploaded, click Import, and Odoo returns to the Products page.
When the newly-changed/modified products, complete with the new relation field information, has been imported and uploaded, that new information can be found on the Products page.
Attributes and values¶
Odoo also allows users to import product attributes and values that can be used for products that already exist in the database, and/or with imported products.
To import attributes and values, a separate spreadsheet or CSV file dedicated to attributes and values must be imported and uploaded before they can be used for other products.
The column names/titles of the attributes and values spreadsheet should be as follows: Attribute, Display Type, Variant Creation Mode, and Values / Value.
Attribute: name of the attribute (e.g.
Size).Display Type: display type used in the product configurator. There are three display type options:
Radio: values displayed as radio buttons
Selection: values displayed in a selection list
Color: values denoted as a color selection
Variant Creation Mode: how the variants are created when applied to a product. There are three variant creation mode options:
Instantly: all possible variants are created as soon as the attribute, and its values, are added to a product
Dynamically: each variant is created only when its corresponding attributes and values are added to a sales order
Never: variants are never created for the attribute
참고
The Variants Creation Mode cannot be changed once the attribute is used on at least one product.
Values/Value: values pertaining to the corresponding attribute. If there are multiple values for the same attribute, the values need to be in individual lines on the spreadsheet.
원하는 속성과 값을 스프레드시트에 입력하고 저장한 후에는 이제 Odoo로 가져와서 업로드할 차례입니다. 업로드하려면 로 이동합니다.
새로 설정한 속성과 값이 포함된 스프레드시트를 업로드하면 가져오기 를 클릭하여 Odoo에서 속성 페이지로 돌아갑니다. 필요한 경우 새로 추가된 속성 및 값을 찾아서 편집할 수 있습니다.
As mentioned previously, when attributes and values have been added to the Odoo database, they can be used for existing or imported products.
제품 유형¶
When product attributes and values are configured in the database, they can be used on product import spreadsheets to add more information and detail to products being imported.
To import products with product attributes and values, the product import template spreadsheet must be configured with specific Product Attributes / Attribute, Product Attributes / Values, and Name columns.
There can be other columns, as well, but these columns are required in order to properly import products with specific variants.
Name: product name
Product Attributes / Attribute: name of attribute
Product Attributes / Values: values pertaining to the corresponding attribute
팁
To import multiple values, separate them by just a comma, not a comma followed by a space,
in the product import template spreadsheet (e.g. furniture,couch,home).

To view and modify the attributes and variants on any products, select the desired product from the Products page, and click the Attributes & Variants tab.
