Ponto¶

Ponto es un servicio que permite que empresas y profesionales agreguen sus cuentas a un solo lugar y vean todas sus transacciones dentro de una sola aplicación. Es una solución externa que está expandiendo continuamente la cantidad de instituciones bancarias que se pueden sincronizar con Odoo.

Odoo se puede sincronizar directamente con su banco para obtener todos los estados de cuenta bancarios importados de manera automática a su base de datos.

Ponto is a paid third-party provider that can handle the synchronization between your bank accounts and Odoo.

Configuración¶

Vincular las cuentas bancarias con Ponto¶

1. Vaya al sitio web de Ponto (https://myponto.com).

2. Cree una cuenta si aún no tiene una.

3. Una vez que haya iniciado sesión, cree una organización.

   

4. Go to Accounts ‣ Live, and click Add account. You might have to add your Billing Information first.

5. Seleccione su país, sus instituciones bancarias, proporcione su consentimiento a Ponto y siga los pasos que aparecen en la pantalla para vincular su cuenta bancaria con su cuenta de Ponto.

   

6. Add all bank accounts you want to synchronize with your Odoo database and move to the next steps.

Vincular la cuenta de Ponto con su base de datos de Odoo¶

1. Vaya a Contabilidad ‣ Configuración ‣ Agregar una cuenta bancaria.

2. Search for your institution and select it so you can verify that the third party provider is Ponto.

3. Click Connect and follow the steps.

4. Select all accounts you want to access and synchronize in Odoo, even the ones coming from other banking institutions.

   

5. Termine el flujo.

Actualizar sus credenciales de sincronización¶

To update your Ponto credentials or modify the synchronization settings, activate the developer mode, go to Accounting ‣ Configuration ‣ Online Synchronization, and select the institution from which you want to fetch the other accounts. Click Fetch Accounts to start the flow.

Obtener cuentas nuevas¶

To add new online accounts to your connection, activate the developer mode, go to Accounting ‣ Configuration ‣ Online Synchronization, and select the institution from which you want to fetch the other accounts. Click Fetch Accounts to start the flow.

Preguntas frecuentes¶

No aparece ninguna cuenta después de la sincronización¶

Seleccionó una institución de la lista y no autorizó ninguna cuenta de esta institución.

Aparece un error que indica que mi autorización ha caducado¶

Every 6 months (180 days) you must re-authorize the connection between your bank account and Ponto. This must be done from the Ponto website. If you do not do this, the synchronization will stop for these accounts.

Ocurren algunos errores con mi institución en estado beta¶

Ponto ofrece instituciones en beta y estas no son compatibles directamente con Odoo. Le recomendamos que se ponga en contacto con Ponto.
