Pass - Fail quality check¶

In Odoo Quality, a Pass - Fail check is one of the quality check types that can be selected when creating a new quality check or quality control point (QCP). Pass - Fail checks consist of a text field that allows the creator to specify a certain criteria that a product must meet to pass the check.

Create a Pass - Fail quality check¶

质量检查¶

要创建单个 合格 - 不合格 质量检查，请导航至 质量 ‣ 质量控制 ‣ 质量检查，然后点击 新建。填写新的质量检查表如下：

• 在 类型 下拉字段中，选择 合格 - 不合格 质量检查类型。

• 在 团队 下拉字段中，选择负责管理检查的质量小组。

• 在 备注`选项卡的 :guilabel:`说明 文本字段中，输入如何完成质量检查的说明，以及检查通过必须满足的标准。

质量控制点（QCP）¶

要创建自动生成 合格 - 不合格 质量检查的 QCP，首先导航至 质量 ‣ 质量控制 ‣ 控制点，然后点击 新建。填写新的 QCP 表格如下：

• 在 类型 下拉字段中，选择 合格 - 不合格 质量检查类型。

• 在 团队 下拉字段中，选择负责管理由 QCP 创建的检查的质量团队。

• 在 说明 文本字段中，输入如何完成质量检查的说明，以及检查通过必须满足的标准。

处理 “合格-不合格” 质量检查。¶

创建*测量*质量检查后，可通过多种方式进行处理。如果质量检查被分配给特定的库存、制造或工单，则可在工单上处理检查。另外，也可以在检查页面上处理检查。

从检查页面处理检查¶

要从检查页面处理*测量*质量检查，首先导航至 质量 ‣ 质量控制 ‣ 质量检查，然后选择一项质量检查。按照 说明 指示完成检查。

如果符合检查标准，请点击页面左上角的 合格 按钮。如果不符合条件，请点击 不合格 按钮。

在工单上处理检查¶

要对订单进行 合格 - 不合格 质量检查，请选择需要检查的生产订单或库存订单（收货、发货、退货等）。可通过导航至 制造 ‣ 操作 ‣ 制造订单 并单击订单来选择生产订单。选择库存订单的方法是浏览 库存，点击操作卡上的 # 待处理 按钮，然后选择订单。

在选定的生产或库存订单上，订单顶部会出现一个紫色的 质量检查`按钮。点击该按钮可打开弹出式 :guilabel:`质量检查 窗口，显示该订单所需的所有质量检查。

要处理 合格 - 不合格 质量检查，请按照 质量检查 弹出窗口上的说明进行操作。如果符合检查标准，请单击窗口底部的 合格 按钮。如果不符合标准，请单击 不合格 按钮。

If a quality alert must be created, click the Quality Alert button that appears at the top of the manufacturing or inventory order after the check fails. On a work order¶

When configuring a QCP that is triggered during manufacturing, a specific work order can also be specified in the Work Order Operation field on the QCP form. If a work order is specified, a Pass - Fail quality check is created for that specific work order, rather than the manufacturing order as a whole.

Pass - Fail quality checks configured for work orders must be processed from the tablet view. To do so, begin by navigating to Manufacturing ‣ Operations ‣ Manufacturing Orders. Select a manufacturing order that includes a work order for which a quality check is required. Open the tablet view for that work order by selecting the Work Orders tab, and then clicking the 📱 (tablet) button on the order’s line.

With tablet view open, complete the steps listed on the left side of the screen until the Pass - Fail quality check step is reached. Upon reaching the check, follow the instructions that appear at the top of the screen. If the criteria for the check is met, click the Pass button at the top-right of the screen. If the criteria is not met, click the Fail button.

If a quality alert must be created, do so by clicking the ☰ (menu) button in the tablet view, and selecting Quality Alert from the Menu pop-up window.
