Positive experience
My order and the shipment was delayed. I had no cell service so I didn't see the email that Online Labels sent. The customer service person I talked to listened to me, and I was quite upset. I did receive the labels next business day and was able to be ready for my first show. I will use Online Labels for all my label needs. I think they really understood my situation and were thoughtful and kind. Customer service is hard to come by. I truly appreciate the service I received. I don't know the name of the person I talked to, but I sing her praises whenever I can. I printed over 600 labels for my soap. With kindness and hopes for a long professional relationship. - Karen

I have literally ordered hundreds of labels from Online Labels. I recently bought a new printer, which turned out to be faulty, and got it replaced. The replacement came and one of the issues, not the ONLY issue I was having, persisted, so I made the assumption that the problem was with the Maestro Design software. After generously and patiently spending waay too much time with me, Jesse from Online Labels and I concluded that the problem was with the new replacement printer. Well, he was right. Printer number two was also faulty. When printer number three showed up, the problem was solved. Not only are the products great for what I do, the Customer Care from Online Labels was most commendable and dare I say rare, in this day and age. Thank you Online Labels! I'll be back for many more! Lucky!
Luck has so much to do with life. The other night I was lucky enough to call Online Labels for support help and I was lucky enough to get Brandon. He was polite, personable, and professional. He knew exactly how to fix my problem. Oh, I forgot to say that my problem was quite involved and even though, together we were able to correct my situation, I was terrible at following his instructions. For the most part, Brandon "babysat" me. Finally, all was resolved and everything worked perfectly. Brandon spent TWO HOURS AND ONE MINUTE with me. I am ever so grateful and thankful for his patience and knowledge to guide me through the process. Thanks, Brandon. Thanks, Online Labels for having him as your employee.

I have been struggling with my labels for almost five years...I have never been happy with them. Last week I spent almost 90 minutes on the phone with Brandon in customer service. He was so incredibly patient with me....he answered all of my (millions of) questions, he clearly and concisely explained every single setting and what it did, what the outcome would be, he helped me troubleshoot the issues I was having, and helped me to understand how to solve the problems I was having moving forward. I have since been able to print hundreds of labels, and they have all come out PERFECTLY. Every single one of them!!! After years of struggling and being embarrassed by my label quality, I can finally stay that I am proud to be putting my products out into the world. Thank you Brandon, so much for your patience. It may have just been another call to you, but for me you have drastically improved my business, which is my entire heart and soul. I cannot thank you enough for this!!

The best labels for the price
I have been using these labels for almost 4 years and I will continue to use them because they are durable and affordable. I also like that they ship very quickly and have great customer service.

Excellent Service
My labels started printing out of alignment, due to some changes we made on our labels. I contacted Joshua with online labels and he stayed about 45 minutes past their closing with me on the phone to make sure my labels would print right. He never brought up the time, I did. You don't find service like that anymore. Anytime I contact Online Labels the customer service is far above most companies. It what I would expect as a customer, even when I created the alignment issue. I can't say enough good things about the company and I LOVE their labels.
