Shipping amount will be added to the total of the invoice. All lots will be combined in one invoice. The shipping price and service will be based on the total value of the invoice and the destination. We use Fedex (most of the time) & Canada Post.

A buyers premium of 15% will be added to the hammer price of each lot and is payable by the buyer as a part of the purchase price. The G.S.T. of 5% for Canadian residents and the Q.S.T. of 9.975% for Québec residents, and all applicable (HST) sales taxes will be charged, according to the law of each Province.
Lots are sold to the highest bidder. In case of dispute, the decision of the auctioneer will be final. Lots should be declared immediately after the sale. Purchasers must pay for their lots before delivery. An interest
charge of 2% per month, will be charged to buyers on all overdue accounts.
Payment by cash, certify cheque, money-order, (CDN or US currency), Visa or MasterCard (no extra charge) are accepted.

• Forwarding charges, insurance and registration will be charged to the buyer. Shipment is executed at the buyers risk and responsibility.
• Should a purchaser wish to submit an item for expertization, the auctioneer must be notified and the lot paid at time of sale. If the lot proves to be not as described, the purchaser's money shall be repaid in full.
• Material described as having defects are not returnable on account of condition. Photographed lot are not returnable on account of centering or perforations. No lots may be returned by persons who have had the opportunity of examining the material before the sale.
• Any returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the lot(s).
• Lots containing ten (10) or more items, accumulations and collections are not returnable.
• The auctioneer reserves the right to group two (2) or more lots, also to withdraw any lot or lots from the sale.
• The placing of a bid shall constitute acceptance of the foregoing conditions of sale. Bids will be executed by the auctioneer.
• Suggested bidding increments are: $1 to $10 = $1, $10 to $100 = $5, $100 to $200 = $10, $200 to $500 = $20, $500 to $1000 = $50, $1000 to 3000 = $100, $3000 to $5000 = $200, $5000 to $10,000 = $500, $10,000 to $20,000 = $1000, $20,000 to $50,000 = $2000, $50,000 and up = $5000.
• Mail, Fax, phone or online bids are entered on a first bid received basis. In the event of a tie bid, the first bid received has priority. E-mail bids are accepted only from regular customers or if a credit card
number is supplied.
• All bids are in Canadian funds: Bids in US funds will be converted at prevailing rate of exchange.
