The Ladder to Heaven is a 2015 two-part television miniseries directed by Carlo Rola (Krupp: A Family Between War and Peace). Two years after the end of the war, Cologne still lies in ruins. In the city, Anna, the mother of three children, struggles to make ends meet with her extended family. While she waits for her Jewish husband Adam, who has been missing for over five years, Armin Zettler makes life difficult for her. The former NSDAP party member has long been back in business. He wants to take over the entire neighborhood, including her house, and sell it to the Belgian military government.

The following weapons were used in the miniseries The Ladder to Heaven (Die Himmelsleiter):

Handguns

Luger P08

In Ep. 1, Michel Roth (Jonathan Berlin) gets a Luger P08 hidden at the Belgian-German border which he gives to Gerhard Zettler (Lucas Prisor). Paul (Luis Vorbach), Sophie (Sarah Horvath), Anna (Christiane Paul), Adam Roth (Ernst Stötzner), and Francesco Grasso (Adam Vacula) are seen handling it in the second episode.
