Returns & Refunds
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item and need to return it, we're here to help.
Change your mind?
We accept returns on most of our products, provided they are in the same condition as they were bought and have not been used, opened or the seal broken. If you have changed your mind, please send us an email and we will let you know where to send them. We do not refund the shipping costs.
Note: Change of mind returns are not available for live plants.
- All change your mind returns must be received within 21 days.
- All items must be unused, with seals in tact and tags attached where applicable.
- Customer must pay the shipping cost to return the items.
Damaged or Incorrect Item?
If your item is damaged/faulty or you believe the product has an issue with quality, please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer you a replacement, refund or a store credit.
Herb Plants

Herb Plants cannot be returned unless there are quality issues or wrong items sent.

If you are unhappy with the quality of Herb plants they must be photographed on the day of receiving and emailed to us within 24 hours.
Dried Herbs
- If you are unhappy with the quality of the dried herbs, please contact us within 10 days of receiving them.
