Our fruit varieties are perfect for small or large home, lifestyle block or farm – straightforward to grow and care for, they are all naturally disease resistant & healthy plants.

Most of our plants are heritage/heirloom varieties (pre-1930’s), these have been selected for our catalogue because they are diverse in their uses, tasty and easier to grow than most newer varieties which have been bred for industrial growing systems rather than home gardens.

We are based in Waitati just north of Dunedin, where we have trialed & selected varieties for over a decade. All of our plants are suited to growing in temperate areas of New Zealand, and are all known to do well in the south of the South Island – we can make recommendations for specific microclimates in this area. We supply high quality organically grown plants. Taking care of the land and the environment – producing top quality plants.

We are a mail order nursery. We deliver our plants bare-rooted direct to your door in July and August. Bare root plant delivery provides you with the largest root system and therefore the best start possible for your orchard.

The online order form below shows what is available. Are you planning a large orchard and we don’t have everything you are after? We can sometimes source plants that you need or that we are sold out of from other growers, just ask.
