I am delighted to announce that I will be holding a NEW Divinely Delicious Plant-based food making retreat near Glastonbury, England in March 2025.

This will be a truly special, and uplifting event. In a peaceful, fun environment, this retreat is all about inspiring you in the kitchen, using healthy, compassionate, plant-based ingredients.

You’ll go home with new ideas and inspiration for bringing delicious plant-based food, superfoods and optimal health into your daily life.

The venue is located 15 minutes from Glastonbury, near Wedmore. It’s only a 30-minute drive from Bristol airport.

Accommodation is very comfortable and is limited to 5 or 6 guests.

What will we be doing on retreat?

Making food from the heart

Over the course of the retreat, we shall create a delicious medley of nurturing feel-good spring foods to bring into your every day life. We’ll enjoy a special focus on magical salads, advanced chocolate making techniques, delectable desserts, bites and snacks for batch making, plant-based meals, everyday superfood smoothie secrets, a new divine curry medley, . We will enjoy abundant meals together and make some food to take home.

Easy, inspiring every day plant-based foods

We’ll look at making highly nutritious recipes that you can enjoy for lunch, dinner, desserts and lunchboxes, batch-making, and freezing. We will get playful and creative using EVERYDAY plant-based ingredients that you are going to want to incorporate into your daily life.

Advanced chocolate making skills

For the first time ever, I am teaching advanced vegan chocolate making skills on retreat. You’ll create your own signature bar of chocolate using advanced techniques, such as ‘tempering’ to get that exciting snap! We’ll look at how to create layers of flavour, and just the right of sweetness using coconut sugar and other natural sweeteners.

Superfoods

You’ll get to try different superfoods on the retreat and we will look at how to effortlessly weave them into your daily life! Find out which ones strike a chord while you are here. We’ll explore superfoods such as matcha, turmeric, ginger, everyday fresh herbs, hemp seeds, quinoa, chia seeds, nut as superfoods, cacao, maca and medicinal mushrooms such as lions mane chaga, cordiceps, shiitake, and reishi.

Everyday superfood smoothies

Using a variety of ingredients including fruit and everyday superfoods, we’ll uncover the magical alchemy of making the best smoothies. This is a fun and delicious session where we will look at things you have very likely never thought of.

Incredibly delicious curry night medley workshop

In the curry night workshop, you will learn how to make super healthy curries, highly nourishing creamy curry sauces, easy artisan dals and fresh chutney. If you’ve made curry with me before, please know this is NEW menu and will be different.

Magical life of salads

We shall enjoy a special session to learn the art of making the most magical salads that will make you want to eat them every day when you go home!

This session includes make-ahead food ideas to keep in your fridge all week long. We’ll be making, slaws, dips and learning the art of making the perfect quinoa salads. There will be a focus on highly nourishing, yet incredibly delicious recipes.

A highly nutritious everyday superfood that we should all include in our diet for optimal health. We’ll have a special session where you’ll learn the art of making perfect quinoa! In a few different ways.

Divine soup & stew making masterchef

This is a fun session where we will learn the art of winter soup and stews made with whatever ingredients you have available…in ways you’ve never thougt of before, but will definintely want to do when you get home. Then in a fun ‘soup masterchef’ game, we will put it all to the test.

Retreat timings

We gather from 5pm on Friday 7st March and finish after breakfast on Monday 10th.

On the first evening, you will be served a delicious meal, with time to meet other guests and settle yourself in before starting our workshops the following morning.

Cost with accommodation included

The price includes accommodation, all meals, and a full schedule of plant-inspired food-making classes within a small group.

My name is Anastasia Eden and I’ve spent the last 30 years developing absolutely delicious and nourishing plant-based recipes. In that time I have gained experience preparing food for thousands of people on retreats around the world and have run a whole bunch of retreats along the way.
