I liked bumping up to Business for less than full price. Also the option to choose your own meal online. In retrospect I would have gone with the standard meal option, but c'st la vie. Overall pretty standard flight, got good views of Greece as the sun rose. That's about it.

It was a short flight (2hours) so the tiny, tiny seats were somewhat tolerable. People with long legs had their knees up to the chair in front of them, quite uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised they served a small meal which was quite good. Staff were all great.
Boarding in BCN was really poorly managed. No communication from airline staff and no signs as to what groups line up where. It was just guessing. There were delays that were also not communicated so everybody was standing in line for almost an hour.
they were good. they coordinated pick up of luaggage at final destination. The had text updates on phone with gate/dep.time etc.
I love flying with Aegean. Crew is always polite and empathetic. Boardi
The flight was good. There was free WiFi which was fantastic. The crew was a bit rude and short tempered. The landing was super smooth
Flight was late leaving which made connecting in Athen very hard. Baggage took an hour to come out. Come on… for such a small plane. Need to step up your game Aegean!
The flight was delayed for no reason by 30 min making my connection very hard to get.
Flight had delays as always. It has been very disappointing as the last 4 times I’ve travelled with Aegean we always had delays.
Got boarded on the plane on time and held there without moving for 2h to avoid paying delay fees. typical Aegean airlines. They should have left us on the gate and do the boarding when we are ready to go.
Everything was great except food . It as okay not good not bad
Seats are too cramped, but that is a problem with every airline. I actually enjoyed the meal served.
Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.

The plane was good - on time! But can the stewardesses smile or actually be nice - not to bark the commands
This time, I traveled in the economy, and it was surprisingly better than the eco-premium (food, comfort, and crew were noticeably worse in premium!)
overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.
The seats had no space at all beyond the knees. The seat in-front literally reclined on your face, very uncomfortable plane. Was nothing like the normal SWISS experience. The food was okay but could be better.
I never share this kind of things but I have to share this out of respect to myself and how surprised I was I got a shoulder injury so I went to Turkey to get a procedure to my shoulder ( I can prove and provide it with documentation from the hospital to you) and on my way in this flight, I asked one of the crew members who’ s name is j. Muller to help me to lift my carry on to put it up in to cabinet and she told me she can’t do it , and I said I m sorry I m injured , I really need help , then can you please find someone who can help me ? And she gave me this nasty attitude and refused to help me . Then I was shocked because all I asked was for help, i didn’t even ask her to put my carry on bag up for me , all I asked her to help me so we can do it together. Then 5 minutes later another crew member who’s name is Jenny Rutz came and asked me if everything is ok And i explained her what happened and she told me if I create more problem, she will not let me fly i was shocked, all I told her was I was injured and I needed some help to put my luggage up . I am extremely shocked and upset , this was so unprofessional, rude and unnecessary. I thought their job is to help us in our flight. She disrespected me , embarrassed me, made me feel like I m a problem and threatened me to get me out of the plane In front of everyone I am 41 years old mature and kind woman, i have never in my life experienced something this unprofessional and this disrespectful ever They both turned something so simple and normal into this terrible experience for me and for the people sitting around me . So it was so uncomfortable and unfair that the other passengers who were sitting around me and next to me got negatively affected by the event and told me to take their phone number so that they can be my witness for the crew member’ rudeness and unprofessionalism I m still very upset how can people be this rude and heartless I will never ever want to fly with your airline company again
It was unclear that additional passport control was needed before boarding. The seats were cramped and uncomfortable even for small persons. The arm rests were unable to be lifted completely out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them uncomfortable to lean on. One audio channel was not working on one of our seats.
Amazing! The food was great! Best airline meal ever. The crew was so nice and pleasant.
The agent, who took my mother to her gate, kept talking with one of her male coworkers and treating my mother like a sack of potatoes. She was ignoring my questions because she was too busy flirting with her male colleague. This was a very unprofessional behavior. We also had to wait for close to half an hour for an agent to arrive.
Ground crew at checkin in Hyderabad airport was terrible, they seem to be intent on being a pain to passengers. Folks made a huge fuss about size of backpack and made me rearrange contents to make it fit in the sizing slot. All for a flight that is 60-70% full.
Liked nothing. Rude staff. Incompetent crew and workers. Wont fly with again
Flight was delayed for no reason and I missed my connection. This added another day of travel and I missed an event I was traveling home for.
Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses
Leg room was ok 1 flight attendant threw headphones at us. Very rude Overbooked flight thank goodness I got a seat Bathrooms smelled and urine all over the floor
I’m not a happy customer. Lufthansa cancelled my flight 3 times, and I had to rebook a flight to Larnaca, but a flight to Tel Aviv and pay for a hotel. Then the flight back was cancelled and now I have to find my own way back. Terrible.
So great, the plane is nice and comfortable, the entertainment was so nice, and the staff was amazing. Only thing that was less than great was that the buttons on the seat screens were very hard to push, and the person behind me was pushing my seat constantly to push the buttons. Minor tho, and overall everything was wonderful!
Food was excellent. Staff were very helpful when asked a question and followed up with an answer quickly.
Staff with low service level, forgetful. Temperature at 15 C and after asking twice to raise the temperature the crew did nothing.
They had about 20-25 people overbooked. Including me. Why is this?? I was put on a flight to NC an hour later with a 4 hour layover. I was supposed to be home at 1045am instead i was home at 7:30pm. An extra day to pay for dog care.
Horrible food and uncomfortable plane. One toilet was out of service.
It was a great experience. I did find that some menu options were not available, which was a bit surprising, but over all a wonderful experience.
The seats (upgraded exit row), were the last comfortable plane seats my wife or I have ever experienced. Too narrow to turn at all to find a sleeping position. Devoid of cushioning to the point of feeling the frame bars across both the seat and the back. It was extremely uncomfortable and neither of us slept on the red eye.
All went well- allow plenty of time at Heathrow, we felt like we got bused halfway to chicago when it was time to board, then had to carry baggage up steps outside. A bit of work for anyone who is less mobile or able bodied for sure.
Horrible. I bought a flight with British airlines from Amsterdam to Orlando via London. Less than a day they changed my flight to London so I had to fly to London city airport and then find my way to Gatwick for my connecting flight. It was very costly
Staff member at boarding gate was rude, and more than once!
The issue wasn’t necessarily with British Airlines but was a reaction to their delayed flight from Miami to London on Aug 18. Due to the delay out of Miami, we missed our BA flight with Aer Linguis on the 19th from London to Cork, Ireland. The attendant in London was helpful and rebooked us for a flight later that same day ($120). However, she failed to mention that as a result of the missed flight, our returning flight was also cancelled and the rebooking cost was $451. Disappointed at the lack of communication between airlines and between the agent and the customer.
Staff was engaging and helpful. Loved the experience and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family
