Pros (+) interesting to experience this capsule hotel, which normally is for locals who missed the last train/ only need to stay for a night for whatever reason. it's really clean, the bath was great, lots of nice toiletries available, as well as hair dryers.
Cons (-) wouldn't recommend to stay more than 1 night as your large bag has to be stored next to the reception. Unless you have not much stuff with you... (we had big backpack for 2 weeks travel) and don't expect the receptionists could answer you all the questions in english as their language skill is not really great, although it's already quite good for being in japan.
