Pros. Staff spoke English and were friendly. The place had A/C on at all times. You could use their umbrella for free, just ask the front desk. Next door to a bar and restaurant. Right across the street from a 24hr convenience store. 2 minute walk to the trains. 3 minute walk to Roppongi crossing.
