Pros. Location was the only good thing about the hotel.
Cons. When we first checked in, the front desk Asian girl seemed a bit arrogant and didn't want to hear about our needs. The room was a good size, but was very smelly, dirty, and outdated. The bed mattress was horribly soft, we had to use extra pillows to lay on. The view and location were the only positive things. Fortunately, we didn't have to spend too much time in the room. Visiting this hotel should be your last resort and should not be called the Grand Windsor.
