Very nice helpful stuff. The room was comfortable but didn’t feel modern, bathroom lock was not working and the room smelled musty. Great pool and good restaurant.
Pros. Breakfast variety amazing, food hot, service excellent & COVID rules always followed!
Cons. We thought this was the most upscale place, providing chairs, water, towels & direct service to the beach daily. Shula’s on the property for night drinks & excellent food was a PLUS!
Pros. Ordered room service and the lady was very rude on the phone. Once the food arrived at our room the order was completely wrong. The pillows in the bed gave me the worst neck pain.
Cons. Nothing we won't be staying there ever again.
Pros. Rooms were clean and bright. Toiletries very good. Bed comfortable. Pool was nice. Good service at the pool. Plenty of lounge chairs for guests. Would stay at this hotel again.
Cons. The only restaurant to have lunch in the hotel was the steak restaurant. It was very expensive for lunch. We would have eaten lunch at the pool but it was raining.
Cons. All of the pillows provided were too soft, and afforded little support. The bed was too soft and by the end of the week my back was bothering me. The rest of the hotel amenities were great.
