I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue with SURPRICE CAR RENTAL, including contacting them four or five times, and even enlisting the help of the border police. Despite these efforts, SURPRICE CAR RENTAL continues to insist that they have not received the payment. Furthermore, SURPRICE CAR RENTAL transported us to a remote location, only to inform us that no small cars were available, and they failed to provide any alternative options. As a result, we were left stranded without a vehicle, despite having already made the payment. This situation is not only frustrating but also unacceptable. Despite reaching out to KAYAK.com for assistance, I have received no help in resolving this issue. Given that KAYAK facilitated the booking and processed the payment, it is KAYAK’s responsibility to ensure that the payment was securely transferred to the rental company. Processing payments without verifying that they have been properly handled by the service provider places customers like me in an extremely difficult and unfair position. I urgently request your assistance in resolving this matter.
scam car rental that doesnt exist. many attempts to reach them, however they didnt answer calls . also airport info informed me they were kicked out of the airport some time ago , howere they keep renting cars scamming people.

Never let a car agent do the car check alone because they can fabricate fake defects in the car especially if the car is old.
The car wasn't ready, meaning it was extremely dirty. Also the insurance was 3 times the price for the rent. The person in the office was somewhat helpful .. don't recommend.
