Salesforce is the most used platform in our sales and marketing process. i am using it from more than 3 years. i really appreciate how salesforce sales cloud both sales and marketing workflows. the lead tracking, emails automation and opportunity management features makes it very easy to follow every step of the customer journey. i like the detailed dashboards bring the best results. the automation also saves me doing repetitive follow ups manually. it really changed how we managed and track customer. it keeps both the sales and marketing sides aligned , increasing productivity and improves everything. The platform is very powerful and feature rich. but that also makes it a bit complex for new users. it take some time to understand all the setting , reports and integration. Also the pricing can be higher for small teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
