At FSCS, flexible working is the rule, rather than the exception. We recognise that all our employees have responsibilities outside of work and we support this through our family-friendly policies and our Smarter Working initiative, Your Day Your Way.

Your Day, Your Way is committed to creating a working environment where our people can successfully balance their working and home lives. We offer all colleagues both flexibility in their working environment and flexibility within their actual working day.

In line with our Smarter Working principles, we should all be spending around 40% of our working time in this space (from 07 Feb 2022). Our office principle is:
