- Synopsis
- TV series (1993-1999). 6 seasons. 146 episodes. When Fran Fine (Fran Drescher), a young Jewish girl from the modest Queens neighborhood of New York, is fired from the store where she worked with her ex-boyfriend, she finds a job as a babysitter in the luxurious Manhattan home of Maxwell Sheffield (Charles Shaughnessy), a millionaire Broadway producer who lives alone with his three children. Fran lives a day to day life full of surprises while, despite their class differences, romance slowly emerges between her and the father of the children she babysits.
