FAR EASTERN UNIVERSITY
Far Eastern University’s Institute of Law opened its doors in 1934, making it one of the older colleges of law in the country. It prides itself as a pedigreed law school from whose ranks two other law schools located in the university belt were formed.
Our vision is to be the leading institution of legal education in the Philippines, producing graduates who are globally competitive, socially responsible, and committed to advancing the rule of law. We strive to create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that fosters critical thinking, ethical practice, and advocacy for justice. Through innovative teaching methods and cutting-edge research, we aim to shape the future of legal education and contribute to the development of a just and equitable society.
The mission of Far Eastern University’s Institute of Law is to provide a transformative legal education that equips students with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to become competent and ethical legal professionals. We are committed to delivering a rigorous and comprehensive curriculum that integrates theory and practice, fosters critical thinking, and promotes social justice. Our faculty and staff are dedicated to providing personalized attention, mentorship, and support to students, and to conducting innovative research that contributes to the advancement of the legal profession and society as a whole.
