Ingredients

  • 200g rice
  • 300ml water
  • 20g pandan leaves
  • 1 teaspoon ginger juice
  • 3 cloves of smashed garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 100ml coconut juice

Instructions

  • 1. Blend the ginger and squeeze out the ginger juice. Set aside.
  • 2. Heat up and keep stirring the coconut juice and salt. Off the fire when it starts to boil. Set aside to cool.
  • 3. Mix water and ginger juice into the coconut.
  • 4. Wash the rice till water is cleared. Add pandan leaves and garlic and coconut mixture into the rice and cook it.
  • 5. Ready to serve.
