Ashvin Suri

Ashvin has been involved with the renewables, energy efficiency and infrastructure sectors since 2006. He is passionate about the transition to a low-carbon economy and electric transportation. Ashvin commenced his career in 1994, working with US investment banks in New York. Post his MBA from the London Business School (1996-1998), he continued to work in investment banking at Flemings (London) and JPMorgan (London).

Thomas has significant experience in innovation and building new businesses. He has demonstrated leadership at different leading global organisations, to include, the conglomerate 3M and Daimler-Benz Aerospace. Thomas has a strong passion for sustainability and the environment. He has excellent leadership skills and has led strong international interdisciplinary teams over 15 years. Thomas has a successful track record in setting up and executing new business models.
He holds a degree in Medical Device Engineering (Munich) & Business Administration (Munich).

Rupert J. Strachwitz

Corporate Finance & Strategic Advisor

Rupert J. Strachwitz is Chief Executive of Velocity Credit Ventures, a platform providing innovative credit financing to UK SMEs. He has significant international experience in corporate finance and renewable energy. He was at Dresdner Kleinwort Capital, where he was responsible for structuring and placement of alternative asset funds. He also co-founded one of the first internationally financed Indian renewable energy businesses, backed by institutional capital. He led the company to an IPO on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. He remains involved in the financing of clean energy technology in Europe and is a non-executive of Panitek Power AG.

Jonas Tornquist

Jonas Tornquist is currently the Chief Operating Officer of EPEX SPOT, a leading exchange for the power spot markets in Europe. The exchange represents 50% of European electricity consumption. He joined EPEX Spot in 2016 from a senior strategy position at the EDF Group (Paris). Jonas is a key leader within the European energy markets. He currently serves as a board member of Europex (Association of European Energy Exchanges).

Kirk Devall

Kirk has over 35 years experience in vehicle financing & leasing. He is currently a Director and owner of Leaseline, a leading leasing broker established in 1999. The company has a significant customer base, to include hundreds of fleet dealerships and access to a panel of leading global finance and leasing companies. He originally trained with British Telecom as a motor vehicle engineer, working across their fleet, from moped, vans, cars, HGV, and plant vehicles. He then progressed his career to management and maintenance of fleets, followed by leasing. He also has also gained the MIMI and IAEA industry qualifications.

Andy Grubb

Andy is a Director and co-owner of the QDOS Group of companies, to include, QDOS Insurance Services, QDOS Assistance and QDOS Digital Media. The online brands include Breakdown Assist and QDOS breakdown. Andy has been in the insurance and accident management industry since 2005. He is an established entrepreneur, having already successfully developed and sold a mobility related business.
