Happy Ohio State FFA Convention week! Ohio Corn & Wheat is proud to support America's future grain producers and youth their agricultural endeavors. One of the ways we do this is by sponsoring the Ohio FFA Foundation. Host Marlene Eick sat down with Jessica Parrish to talk about the organization and how it supports youth. Also in this episode, Luke Crumley shares a recent big win for Ohio growers and the OCW Political Action Committee. Marlene Eick is the Director of Marketing and Communication at Ohio Corn & Wheat and Luke Crumley is the Director of Public Policy and Nutrient Management. Kernels is a production of Ohio Corn & Wheat and hosts conversations about the corn and wheat industry in Ohio, their respective checkoff programs, and the work the Grower's Association is doing in on behalf of Ohio grain farmers. About Ohio Corn & Wheat Ohio Corn & Wheat works to create opportunities for long-term Ohio corn and small grain grower profitability. It is a strategic alliance of two checkoffs and one membership-based organization.
