About this ebook
Mindfulness Will Change Your Life -- Learn How To Start Living Each Day To The Fullest!
Are you tired of feeling stressed, and never having enough time? Would you like to have more happiness, peace, and love? Maybe you just want to stop procrastinating and create a better life for yourself?
No Matter What Problems You're Facing, Mindfulness Is The Answer...
Mindfulness is a philosophy that teaches us that in order to live a happy and productive life we must live in the present moment. Unfortunately, in today's world we live in the exact opposite way. We are present everywhere except right here, right now. You could even say that we live according to the philosophy of mindlessness. Always rushing, always multitasking but never stopping to actually live.
"Begin at once to live, and count each separate day as a separate life."- Seneca
Our Mind Wanders Either In The Memories Of Our Past Or In The Dreams Of Our Future...
We feel there are always more important things to do, more things we have to get done. So we give the present moment just enough attention to get by but nothing more. If we do become mindful of our present situation, we see that our real life and our ideal dream life are worlds apart.
To forget this fact we seek distractions in the form of reality television shows, cute cat pictures, social media, alcohol, shopping, fast food, drugs and anything else that numbs us to the current moment and our true feelings.
But this is no way to live!
Inside this book you'll learn what mindfulness is all about and how to apply it to every aspect of your life. You'll discover the complete concept of mindfulness, not just as a mediation technique, but as a life philosophy.
Here's a preview of what's inside...
- What is the philosophy of mindfulness
- How being mindful can completely transform your life
- How to do mindfulness meditation the right way
- How to practice mindfulness in everyday life situations
- Using mindfulness to align your life with your principles and values
- Finding success and happiness with the mindfulness habit
- Mindfulness techniques for more productivity and life control
- How to reduce stress, anxiety and depression with mindfulness
- Plus, so much more...
So, if you're stuck in the rat race of our modern world and always find yourself in limbo between the past and the future, then do yourself a favor and give this book a read.
You really can calm your mind, become happier, and create a better life.
And Mindfulness is the KEY!

Mindfulness for Beginners - Sara Elliott Price
Introduction
"Y esterday is history . Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift. That's why it's called the present!" - Unknown
How many of us appreciate the gift of the present? We all want to be successful. We all want to be happy. And this pursuit of happiness drives us to work hard and stay busy. We rush from one task to another, struggling all the while to keep all our balls up in the air. By the time we sort out one thing, 10 new problems crop up. We lament the past and worry about our future and can't stand the present. No wonder we are all so stressed out!
To relieve this stress we seek distractions. Luckily for us we live in the age of information overload. There are distractions left, right and center. Everyday we have to catch up with new emails, blog feeds and news articles. A plethora of social networks fight for our attention, every minute of the day. TV shows and movies help us momentarily escape the misery of our present. Advertisements bombard us with enticing desires, no matter where we are. Alcohol, cigarettes and drugs provide the ultimate escape. If you can escape these addictions you might find yourself addicted to much subtler drugs such as the sugar rush of a quick snack or the fleeting elation of buying unnecessary stuff with money you don't have.
The culture today deals with emotions and problems through distractions. This strategy doesn't work at all and we end up with a lot of stress and disorders such as anxiety, attention deficit disorder and depression. We've tried a lot of methods for relieving this stress.
Now a new movement is gaining momentum. It's called mindfulness and has become very popular in corporate circles as a stress relieving technique. But mindfulness is not just a technique to relieve the stress that comes from a hectic lifestyle. It is an ancient practice to live life in a way that prevents the build up of stress in the first place. The best way to deal with stress is to avoid building it up to unmanageable
