Best Breast Exercises - Andy Charalambous
Introduction
I’m not going to mince words here. The information you will find in this book is more than enough to help you improve how your breasts look. This book features 7 fitness experts who have provided their best strategies and techniques for you to read and apply.
The women who will benefit from reading this book and following the advice are:
• Women who feel they have small breasts and want to enhance them the natural way through exercise and nutrition.
• Women who feel they have large breasts and want to reduce them the natural way through exercise and nutrition.
• Women who feel they have sagging breasts and want to learn how to lift them and make them firmer by following the correct exercise techniques.
• Women who are comfortable with the size of their breasts but would like to learn how to maintain firmness and slow the rate of sagging.
• Women who want to generally keep fit, healthy and learn some new exercise routines.
If you fit either of the brief profiles above then rest assured you do have the right book and if you follow the advice offered you will see results.
I am certainly confident enough about that statement to bet my reputation on it. The confidence is in knowing that the trainers featured in this book are some of the best in their field.
A book can only be so long and so I chose just a handful of these experts to offer concise, step by step and easy to follow advice and techniques.
Each chapter features an expert in their field who has laid out their recommended steps to take for improving women’s’ breasts. You will learn the right routines to use, the best exercises to incorporate, the correct nutritional plan to follow and the appropriate mindset to help you fulfill your goals.

Making the Right Choice for your Breasts
If you are a woman reading this then it won’t come as a surprise to learn that quite a high number of women really do not like the appearance of their breasts. They feel dejected because their breasts are too small, too big, saggy or unshapely. They don’t like the way their nipples look or feel or how the areola is too big or not the right shape. The list goes on!
It is obvious that a women’s breasts plays a major role in how she feels about herself and can have a huge influence on their self-esteem and confidence.
These days there are a number of solutions to this problem and four of the main ones are plastic surgery, enhancement pills, specially made bras and exercises and nutrition.
By now you all know about plastic surgery for improving or sculpting the breasts. It is a booming industry with some positive results and some pretty bad results. Even with some of the terrible stories you hear about botched operations people are still opting for this method. It is a lot safer than it used to be and much cheaper that is for sure, however I would consider this a last resort.
Breast enhancement pills are also hugely popular items that sell like mad online and offline. Everywhere you look these days there is an advert for some kind of new enhancement pill. Some are made with natural ingredients and others are just filled with chemicals.
Some have been proven to show minor improvements but you can’t just take these the one time and leave it at that. You will have to take these for the rest of your life. The whole enhancement pill thing is still being debated. I personally would not recommend them.
Next are the special bras that are designed in such a way that they help lift the breast to make them appear firmer and shapely. I think these are great and there is nothing wrong with using them but just remember that it is a temporary solution. Once the bra comes off you are back to square one.
Lastly, and the reason why you are reading this, is the plain old reliable way of improving the way the breasts appear and that is exercise and nutrition. You can’t beat this. With the right program, training and determination you can transform your body. As a bonus the regular exercise will make you feel great and mentally sharp.

Why Are Women Unhappy with Their Breasts?
As a personal trainer, in my experience there are three areas of a women’s body that tend to be the main focus of their exercise routines. No matter what country I have worked in or whether these women were personal clients or gym clients their questions to me were always related to these three areas of their body.
Those areas are the buttocks, stomach area and the breasts. Of course there were many other parts of their body that they wanted fixing but in general these were the top three.
I have already looked at ways to improving the buttocks in my first book in this series, The Best Butt Exercises for Women, and will be focusing on the areas of the stomach in the third book of this series. For this book we will be exploring all the possible ways there are of improving a woman’s breasts; in all areas.
It is stated in many surveys that around 70% of women are unhappy with the size and shape of their breasts. In a recent poll that questioned 500 women only 14% of them declared their breasts to be just right
. In another survey 1,000 women between the ages of 18 to 25 were asked if they would trade their intelligence for bigger breasts. Around 350 of respondents said yes, they would.
• One in four women believes their breasts to be an important physical asset.
• One in five women considers their bosom one of their worst features.
• Only a tiny number of women deem their breasts sexy
.
• At least one in every two women would, if money were no object, consider breast cosmetic surgery.
Granted, the concerns women have about their breasts will change with age but in general the facts remain the same. Women of all ages from 18 upwards are not fully comfortable with how their breasts look.
A common reason why this is the case is because some women believe that their partners are not happy with their breasts. This may be true in some cases but overall around 56% of men are happy with their partner’s breasts. Then again, that still leaves 44% who are unhappy.
Another common reason is the media. Let’s face it, wherever you look these days you see almost perfect looking women on billboards, in magazines, books and newspapers. TV shows that feature actresses with amazing bodies and movies that star some of the hottest actresses in Hollywood. They are everywhere.
The message is everywhere. If you want to be somebody in this world you have to look
