- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A brief outline of this book is best described by the author:“This book will serve to encourage your heart, strengthen your soul, and stretch your faith.” Mission Possible begins by describing the priestly role model that Jesus portrays for the husband in the household. Unfortunately, he will not follow this role if your spouse is not a believer. Becoming a believer while your spouse is not can cause stress, heartache, and discouragement. Mission Possible is a detailed, scripturally based boot-camp for the believing spouse on a new Godly mission – to be a testimony and a representative of Jesus to your husband. D. L.McCarragher’s experience and energy presents the Word of God to edify and instruct on prayer, pitfalls and priorities. The book is set up to use as a devotional or Bible study. It has a “Seek and Find” section with questions, discussion and addition Bible verses after each chapter. There are also short clever remarks inserted into the chapters that can only be described as Pure Encouragement!I especially enjoyed “In the Meantime- Serve”. In this chapter she talks about serving the Lord, but doing so with respect to the husband and the problems that may arise. She explains how to make good decisions that will maintain love and peace in the home.I highly recommend this book for individual or women’s group Bible studies. For those using an e-book, Mission Possible is very well formatted for the e-book format with easy chapter navigation.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5For a modern Christian wife, hoping and waiting for your husband to embrace Jesus as his savior is not enough. With Mission Possible, Deborah McCarragher hopes to offer a guide to show your man the path to finding and creating a relationship with our Lord. Like many North Americans, author Deborah McCarragher made many excuses for not going to church. Finally, in the spring of 1989 she attended with a neighbor. As she describes it, Deborah was “radically saved” that first Sunday. She took her two-year-old son and each week she became closer and closer to God. Her husband approved, but would not attend church. During this time Deborah decided that her husband was “on lease” to Satan. A “spiritual skirmish” was taking place—God’s desire to see a couple united together as one versus Satan’s opposition to Holy Union. At this time many women may give up the battle for their husband’s soul, seek a divorce and a new man who is a believer. With Mission Possible: Spiritual Covering the author encourages women to stay the course as even good, moral men devoted to the marriage and family need help to find salvation. The book offers a step-by-step “How to” guide to showing your husband God’s mercy, love, and desire. Each chapter concludes with a “Seek and Find” section that presents questions concerning applicable scriptures. These questions help the reader fully understand and utilize the information previously covered. Modern families are bombarded with temptations and numerous issues from financial concerns to troubles at schools and in communities. A couple with a shared spiritual foundation is better equipped to stand against these challenges. The struggle to help your husband develop a personal relationship with God is no easy task. With trust in your faith and the spiritual tools found in this book, this religious obstacle can be become Mission Possible! The book was written for women, however I believe it would just as helpful to men hoping to show their wives the path to God. Religious differences continue to be a leading cause of marital break up. Mission Possible could save your mate and your marriage. Highly Recommended
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Mission Possible is a spiritual and inspirational book that is a practical and sound marital guide that serves as a powerful tool for any woman who is married to a man who does not share her passion for Jesus. Author Deborah McCarragher motivates and encourages readers to embrace the powerful promises of God for yourself as well as your spouse, and understands personally how standing on those promises will allow the power of God to begin to take hold of the life of your unsaved spouse. Learn why many women do not openly express their “secret sorrow” and learn how to overcome your own fears and doubts about your husband’s future with God by reading this powerful and inspirational book, Mission Possible. Author Deborah McCarragher weaves the Holy Scriptures throughout her book, and shows how these scriptures can apply to our lives today and help us to win our unsaved husbands over to the Lord. Mission Possible is a definite, “must have” for any Christian woman who is living with the “secret sorrow” of being married to a man who does not share her passion for Christ. Mission Possible is inspirational, encouraging, spiritually sound, biblically-based, and was written based on personal accounts and experiences from a woman who knows, all too well, the overcoming power of God in any situation or circumstance. Author Deborah McCarragher’s mission is to encourage women through scripture to believe in God’s Word to transform their husbands, to teach women by using the spiritual principles in her book, to challenge women to get out of their comfort zones as they minister to their spouses, and to reach women for Jesus who are searching for answers when their marriages are not equally yoked. Mission Possible has enabled Author Deborah McCarragher to accomplish her mission. Mission Possible is a well-written, sound, practical, spiritual, and Biblically-based marital guide for women that I highly recommend. Rating: ***** (5 stars)

Your Husband—
My gift to you
Daughter of Mine, come close
and listen to Me.
I chose you first.
My strength is made perfect in your weakness.
Your husband is my workmanship. I have
ordained this marriage.
It is a divine joining
- a partnership
till death do you part
.
My grace is sufficient for you.
Do not take offense.
His actions are not governed by My spirit.
He does not yet know Me as you do.
You are the apple of My eye;
it is my good pleasure
to give you the desires of your heart.
That would be your husband - would it not?
Your obedience to Me and your humbleness
in the face of heartbreak are your sacrificial
offering to Me - one in which I treasure.
I am your husband now, for a while. Let me comfort
and love you.
Daughter, take heart. You are not forgotten.
Can you see him? I am creating in him a new man;
in My likeness. Be patient . . . Trust Me . . . Wait.
For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife . . .
"For how do you know, O wife, whether you will save your
husband?" (I Corinthians 7: 14, 16)

If your husband is unsaved, take heart. A man is most likely to be led to faith in Christ by their believing wife. The sacred Scriptures are not silent concerning your role as a believing wife with your unsaved husband. Deborah has, in Mission Possible
, expounded scriptures to encourage women to believe God with a radical
faith for the salvation of their spouse. She helps women fulfill their role in the marriage for the salvation of their mate. Give Mission Possible
to any lady praying for the salvation of her husband.
In Jesus, Scott Yirka, Pastor/Teacher, Hibernia Baptist Church, Green Cove Springs, FL
Mission Possible is written to reflect the complete trust in God for the home and family. It is the reflection of faith, patience and hope firmly rooted in God’s promises. It is a reminder of Abraham’s faith when he called those things which be not as though they were.
The author has captured the meaning of faith over circumstance. It is illustrated by Abraham, who: staggered not at the promises of God through unbelief, but was strong in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully persuaded that, what He had promised He was able to perform
(Romans 4:20-21).
She applies her faith and commitment to Christ by being a faithful member of the church and unselfishly serving others. This book reflects her undying love for Christ and devotion to her family and the ministry to which she is called.
This book will encourage others to believe for the salvation of their household. It will inspire the reader to believe that our wonderful Lord will honor the quest of faith in all pursuits of life.

Mission Possible
lays out the battle plan for every godly wife to follow to impact her unsaved husband for Christ. Scripture reminds us repeatedly that a spiritual battle is taking place around us for the souls of our mates. Every faithful wife must put on the whole Armor of God
and fearlessly enter that battle against the devils schemes. Even in those times when the battle seems hopeless and despair creeps in, the victory ultimately belongs to the Lord Jesus Christ. Be fearless, be strong and
