      Man, I couldn’t believe it… the school holidays were nearly over!

      I’d spent a crazy week with Steve, having ADVENTURES and playing video games, but now it was the second last weekend before school returned to normal. My youth was just flying by!

      ‘I’m off!’ Dad shouted. ‘Not going anywhere special. Don’t mind me…’

      That was weird. Why’d he bother telling us he was leaving then?

      Meh… I was too busy practicing my skills for the next PVP TOURNAMENT.

      Dad and Wesley were already seated at the table when I slouched in. Mom was just bringing her famous LOO-SAGNA out. Man, did it smell good. Something special must be happening.

      I was already digging into my food when Dad cleared his throat. That only happened when he had something important to announce.

      ‘So, mobs, as you know, I was out earlier,’ started Dad.

      Wesley nodded his head so eagerly it nearly fell right off his shoulders. I was busy getting ready to scoop up a massive piece of loo-sagna with my spoon.

      ‘I was actually at the travel agency picking up our TICKETS,’ Dad continued.

      Huh? I dropped my spoon.

      I looked at Mom. ‘Tickets?’

      She smiled. ‘We’re heading to the SNOWY TUNDRA tomorrow for a one-week trip before Scare School starts back,’ Mom and Dad said at the same time.

      WHAT?!

      I was so excited I almost forgot about my loo-sagna.
