About this ebook
The Waves is a collection of poems I have written as I heal from childhood trauma. Each poem is personal to me but has the potential to greatly impact others as well. As you read The Waves you come along my journey of healing and finding faith. My prayer for the book is to have you take it along your journey. May you find comfort and peace through the waves of life.

PREFACE
I wrote The Waves
over the course of my life. Only a few out of hundreds of poems have stuck with me through all of life’s changes. Most of these poems were written while healing or in the moment of being completely broken or completely in love. These poems are a reflection of my life but most importantly my faith. God has carried me with immense grace and deep true love. Some of these poems may be hard to read but please know I am safe, loved and redeemed through Christ. I have a family now. A home. Please remember no matter what trials you walk through if you have Jesus you’re never walking alone.
