      T his book is dedicated to my four sons.

      I want to dedicate this book to my four sons. I love every one of you from the bottom of my heart, and I know that we have had to go through some very tough times. But through it all, I have never stopped loving you. I have been ill for some time and have been angry at life and at God for dealing me the hand I got, but I now know that everything that has happened, happened for the very best reasons. There are blessings in what has happened.

      To my oldest son, I look at you and see how far you have come. Look at the wonderful opportunities you have had in the last few years. Look at the future you have in front of you; it is bright and good. I am sorry we have had to go through some tough times and became like stranger’s at one point, I want you to know I am so very proud of you and all that you have achieved. I love you today, I loved you yesterday and will love you always until I take my last breath.

      To my second son, when I think of you, I thank God that you are where you are in life. You are doing so well for yourself and have gone so far in a short space of time, You have a fantastic circle of friends who are there for you. You have your football that you love. Most of all, the blessing for you is that you are now a better person, and I no longer fear that you will end up hurt or dead or in jail. I love you and the special bond that we share, we didn’t always share this bond but we do now and this is what matters, I love you always.

      To my third son, whom I call little man, you are just a wee angel whom I love with all my heart. I have missed you so much over the last two years and have struggled to let you go and live with your dad, but I know that you are happy and well looked after. I have seen you lots over the last few years and have spoken to you every week. You know how much I love you. I am delighted to be beside you now and to see you all the time. I love the beautiful cakes you make, and I love to see that you have matured into such a beautiful, kind person. I am so very proud of you and love you with every beat of my heart.

      To my baby, I have cried an ocean of tears for you, my son. I have always been there, but have not allowed to be a proper part of your life the way I wanted to be. I am so very proud of you in all that you are and in all that you do. I hope with the help of my wonderful angels that my situation with you will resolve in time and that I can be a proper mother to you again and not be afraid to even ask to see you. I love you today and I loved you yesterday and I will love you until I take my last breath.

      T his book has been written as a tool to help heal my life and to allow me to move forward in my life without the guilt, blame, and shame that I have been feeling for years.

      It is my own true personal journey written from the heart.

      This book has not been written in any way to cause shame or embarrassment to anyone. For me to tell my story, there are parts of my life that need to be referred to. I only refer to a snapshot of event’s in order to tell this story there is so much more that could be said but sometimes some thing’s are better left unsaid??

      I want to take this opportunity to send love from my heart to the hearts of everyone who has caused me pain in my life. I no longer feel it necessary to blame or to feel anger or hatred toward any one of you. By treating me the way you have you have given me the biggest Gift ever, The Gift of writing and helping other’s with words, If I had never gone through all the thing’s that I have in my life, I would not be able to understand other’s with compassion and Love. Writing this book has helped me to heal on a lot of level’s and helped me to close the door on a lot of pain and hurt from my past, Since I discovered angels and the healing powers of angels, I realized that my life was always meant to be the way it was so I could help other souls going through similar situations.

      My life purpose is to heal as many hearts and people as I possibly can through my writing. I have included throughout this book some of my poetry. These poems are from the heart and truly reflect my pain during the bad times in my life. I also offer the gift of Distance Angelic Reiki Healing to anyone who may need it. I have infused this book with Angelic Reiki Healing to help everyone who reads it and is in need of healing. Just know that healing is infused in every page, in every line, and indeed, in every word with love from me to you.

      Life Purpose

      God knows why things happen to make us feel so low

      maybe it’s the only way that we can really grow,

      if we never see the bottom or suffer loss and pain

      we cannot help another because we can’t explain,

      to truly help another, you must have walked their path

      and found the lightbulb moment and learned again to laugh,

      bad times make us stronger; it shapes us to who we are

      it empowers us with compassion to be a shining star,

      when life has left you lonely and hard times come to pass

      don’t let it make you bitter; this too, my friend, will pass,

      just look at all the good things; they far outweigh the bad

      and call out to your angels, and you will soon be glad,

      although you cannot see them, they hear your silent cry

      and then they come to guide you and help you to get by,

      it may be through a song you hear or a clip that you may read

      they are always there close by, my friend, just waiting on your need,

      life is meant to test us, and in every way it will

      it’s do we see a mountain or do we see a hill,

      so whenever you are lonely and in a deep, dark place

      just know you are surrounded by an angel’s loving grace.

      CHAPTER 1

      The Pen Is Mightier Than the Sword

      T here comes a time in life that we all have to sit up and take stock of our lives. We have to stand up for what we believe in, face the critics, and know in our hearts that the negativity that pours from them is really only their jealousies and insecurities being reflected back at them.

      This chapter is written to give you an insight into the person I am now and, indeed, the person I always was. But for personal reasons, I had to hide her for a very long time.

      I have always believed in angels and spirit guides ever since I was a small child. I always had my imaginary friends and spent many hours playing with them. You see, to me, they were as real as anything. But no one else could see them. So I had
